Tidewater Beach Resort opened in March 2008. It’s a luxury resort is ideally located on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to area dining, shopping and activities, Tidewater Beach will give you a world-class vacation experience. It’s got amenities aplenty designed to please. Make a splash in one of the large beachfront pools, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the poolside tiki bar or just relax with a peaceful stroll along the beach.

When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping ex...perience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) it’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillards, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!? If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot of them.

Here’s the scoop on the condo.

Man this place is something else! IT'S A PENTHOUSE!!! Check out the photographs of the décor. It’s got a very distinctive upscale look at feel. It really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.

The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. The entertainment center, which has a big LCD TV, looks like a 42' and don’t forget the DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.

Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed with a with a carved headboard and really cool colors. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s a flat panel on the wall.

There’s also a kid-friendly bunk area with room for sleeping and playing.

The KITCHEN’s a beauty with black granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 complete full baths.

Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at the new Tidewater Resort. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.

  The condo was beautiful. Being on the 28th floor was cool the view is amazing. The road noise is limited. The biulding is wonderfully maintained and clean. The staff is polite and courteous. I would recommend Tidewater and I would return.

  Me an my family went here for spring break and overall it was a pleasant experience! It was located in the middle of EVERYTHING! it was within walking distance to Pier Park and many other attractions. The only downside would have been the chair in the living room. You could feel the bar going into your back when you sat down which was very uncomfortable, but besides that I would definitely recommend this property to others it was a wonderful vacation spot and I will definitely be coming back!!
