Compared to other condos we have rented in PCB, it was comparable, tho in talking to other renters we were paying at least $800 more per month for same accomadations. When things went wrong(broken frig for 1 wk),phone
installation(waiting for techs) there was no one there to tell. The condo mgr Kerry was as helpful as she could be email/phone. When we arrived the enter code was wrong. Thank goodness we found a security person to let us in, they were very good. We enjoyed the large balcony,but cushions were worn/soiled,love seat broken. Some pluses,some minuses.
No one at Watercrest to answer questions. GM
