This is a fun place to get away. Families can relax and enjoy the beach. Everything is close by and convenient for shopping and dineing. I definetly recommend to friends and family.

This is the second spring break that we have spent in unit 1110. It is walking distance of Funland, Hidden Lagoons Putt Putt and go carts as well as Sharky's and Shuckums. There are 2 zero gravity chairs on the balcony of this unit that are wonderful to sun and read in. The unit is very nicely decorated and well equipped.Both times I have taken my son and daughter and allowed them to each bring a friend and it has been a perfect layout with the boys in the bunk room and the girls in the queen bedroom. There is a heated pool, an unheated pool and 2 hot tubs and has never seemed overcrowded even during spring break which is nice. The only problems we had occurred during our 2nd stay. The parking pass and pool bands were not in the unit and we were told that they could not get there that day because of the traffic and we would need to drive to the office and pick them up. My kids wanted to swim immediately and we were told that we would have to buy these bands for $2 per band. I was able to show my reservation to the people in the condominium office and that let it slide until I was able to drive and pick up the provided bands. I had a bit of trouble finding the office using my Nav system. My husband works out each morning and he was told that he had to have a card to swipe for access to the gym. This was not provided and when I called I was told that it was not needed but security at the condominium insisted that it was. Southern Vacation brought a swipe card to us on the 3rd day. Fortunately my husband was able to get someone already in the gym area to let him in when he wanted to work out for the 3 days but he left on the 3rd day so the swipe card came to late to be useful. I would definitely stay in this unit again, but I would be hopeful that my parking pass, wrist bands, and swipe card would be in the room by 6pm on my first day.

The location was great. Just a mile from Pier Park and a short distance to Gulf World. This condo was everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen provided most everything needed. The only thing we needed that it did not provide was paper towels. The only thing we did not like was the pool did not open until 9:00am. We are early risers and like to sit by the pool early morning,so it would have been nice if it opened earlier. But all in all we enjoyed the stay and would go back there again. The ocean did have seaweed in it during our entire stay.

Sunrise 1110 is a wonderful unit! Plenty of room for a family of 6. The keyless door entry is a wonderful feature! Check In and Out was a breeze!
We will be planning our next visit to Sunrise Beach Resort in the near future! -

Love the keyless entry and no hassle check-in/out. Condo first class. Disappointed about the beach with seaweed in the water. Pool was great alternative.

My family rented this condo with another family so there were 8 of us total (4 adults, 4 kids). The condo was very spacious with a great porch that looked over one of the two pools to the beach. Walking to the beach was easy and there were several vendors to rent chairs and umbrella's from. My husband got great recommendations from the onsite personnel and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. I will also say that the keyless entry system eliminated any need to carry keys. It was fantastic.
The location and cleanliness of the condo were what we liked best. There were several grocery stores nearby as well as a new facility called Pier Park that was packed with shops, restaurants and even carnival-like things to do with the kids.
Probably the only negative thing we encountered were the gas grills. Out of the 4 on site I think only 1 worked and that one only worked partially. All of the tables in the condo were also glass topped - this would only be an issue if you had toddlers which we did. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to Sunrise Beach.

Our accomodations were very nice and it was my granddaughters' first visit to the beach. They had a blast as well as the "big" kids. We were close to the new Pier Park shopping which all of the girls enjoyed. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!!

The price was very affordable. The size of condo was perfect, very clean and nicely decorated. I loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying my morning coffee while looking out at the ocean and listing to the tide. The access to the beach made it perfect for sunbathing and nighttime strolls. The water was blue and the sand was clean and white. We played putt-putt, rode go-carts, had a great seafood meal at Dirty Dicks. Make sure you eat at Five Guys hamburger shop while strolling through all the shops at Pier Park. Went on a 2 hour tour on ?Wild Thang? Airboat and saw alligators and dolphins. We will be back

Being our first time ever away for any length of time we were pleasantly suprised. The building was well kept and people where very friendly. The work out room was great for me to be able to see the pool and ocean while exercising. The condo and its surroundings were just the kind of thing we were looking for. Our visiting vacationers enjoyed it as much as we did. Southern Resorts were excellent to deal with upon any concerns we had. There was lots for us to see and do and will not hesitate to return again.
