Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 3rd floor of an elevator building. Unit sleeps 6 with a queen in the master and 2 twins in the guest. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Mirrored wall in living room. There are 2 TVs, 1 VCR, stereo/CD. Unit has a stack washer/dryer directly off the kitchen. This gated complex has heated indoor/outdoor pools, fishing pier & marina, tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ and a fitness room. 14 day cancellation policy. Snowbirds welcome. Non-smoking. Pinnacle Port is located in west Panama City Beach just next to Carillon.

I can not say enough good things about this rental. It was so nice to sit on balcony and overlook the ocean and the private beach. The condo was more than we expected for the price. Both pools and the lake were close. This was a family vacation and the ages were 76 yrs to 25yrs and everyone was very pleased with location. Far enough from the major roads yet everything is a short driving distance. The condo had plenty of room and beds. The second bedroom had one twin and one fullsize bed instead of the two twins we were expecting. The unit is right next to the elevator which was convenient. The only issues we had were very minor and will not stop us from renting again. Toaster did not work, Icemaker in refrigerator did not work. I think the tub needs a grip bar in it. There was no wifi in the unit, but the complex had an internet room that had wifi. There was no information like a welcome package which I have received on other Dale E Peterson rentals

We had a great time. The room was everything we wanted. The beach and pool were perfect. Some of the exercise equipment in the gym didn't work, but besides that it was great.

The beaches at Pinnacle Port are amazing, our view was spectacular. We did enjoy Pinnacle Port, I just wish the unit had been better maintained. The patio and screen doors were not in working condition and their was sheet rock removed in one of the showers. As for cleanliness, there was an inch of sand in the window sills... Please also note there is no cell reception and no wi-fi access in the unit.

If the weather had been better the view and closeness of the beach was Great But, the master bath had a hole in the ceiling which made it weird to want to take a shower in there. The electrical outlet in the master bath had a problem as well and I had to wiggle my blow dry cord because the socket outlet was not connected well. the living room tv outlets had issues as well my husband got shocked when he pushed the button on the tv to come on. There was sand still on the tile floor like it hadn't been swept good. Also, the elevator doors kept getting stuck. Just not really what I exspected and I would not stay there again.

Overall we were very well pleased with our stay there. We only had a few problems 1)The guard at the entrance didn't seem to know what he was doing. Our reservation seemed to be lost (according to him). 2) The toilet in the master suite wasn't flushed, it had seaweed in it. 3) The floors were dirty our granddaughter was crawling and her knees were dirty when she got up. I would have expected better at a place like this.

I was happy with the location of the unit. However, the unit was not as clean as it should have been and the oven would not heat past 190 degrees which made our meals undercooked and took way too long. I was very pleased with the rental agency when we discovered we left a special pair of soccer cleats and they were very helpful in getting the cleats returned to us.

Our disappointing experience began when we arrived at the gate of the property and were denied entrance due to the lack of a parking permit that should have been issued by the management company. The overall look of the condo was pleasing. However, a bed comforter was torn, throw pillows were torn, none of the clocks worked, the coffee maker was make-shift, and one of the bedroom televisions did not work. There was a lack of communication between the management company and the property. When we had inquiries or needed assistance, we went to the management office on the property grounds, and were told that they could not assist us because we rented the condo through an off-site management company. There was a lack of communication betweent the off-site management company and the on-site management company, which ultimately left us without service. Additionally, the website of the property is outdated (or untruthful). One of the main reasons we rented the condo was to play tennis at night because the website stated that the tennis courts were lit at night. However, to our dismay the courts were not lit at night and had not been lit at night for over one year. The best thing about the property is the location. Since the condo is slightly west of Panama City Beach, the crowds were thin. Another nice feature is with a 100-200 yard westerly walk on the beach, there is a bird sanctuary and small lake that was beautiful and peaceful.

Beach service for chairs was great. The location was as close to the mall and pier that we would have liked. Condo was filty. Cabinets and counters were dirty, sticky and dirty dishes in diswasher when we arrived.
Well chose another condo next year.

This was the worse condo we have ever stayed in during all the years we have stayed at Pinnacle Port! The furniture was vintage 1950 and it was impossible to sit on the sofas without a cushion under you. It is unfortunate that our absolute worse experience was a first time rental with you. It sours us on any other possible rentals through Peterson Vacations.
The floors were not swept, dishes were dirty and the silver ware was a breeding ground for bacteria (the black set). Filter for the heating unit was so dirty and plugged it was concave. After the filter was changed all the soot came out! I have a lot of pictures from the unit - BAD! -

This property is right on the beach, very quiet and all of the facilities are great. Really Great.
2 negatives, no internet access available and the beds were hard as rocks .... very minor stuff.
The condo fit our family of four well and we enjoyed every minute.

We've rented several properties from Dale E Peterson and have always been provided with great customer service.
This condo at Pinnacle Port was great overall. There were some minor issues, such as noticing some mold in the air conditioning vents and on the shower curtains. The twin beds were not very comfortable and the sleeper sofa felt like you were laying on the springs, without much padding. We did not actually end up using the sleeper sofa.
The condo is on the 3rd floor of one of the smaller condo buildings (7 stories) and has a great view of the beach from the master bedroom and the balcony. From the guest bedroom, you can see the lake, so there is also a decent view from that bedroom. It was very quick and convenient to walk to the beach each day and go back to the condo to eat or rest.
We enjoyed the two pools, free wireless internet and children's playground. The quiet location was great and felt secluded. There is a security guard at the entrance to the condo complex. We also noticed security on patrol throughout the location and each security guard was always very cordial. The condo complex is located between a state park and upscale beach homes, so it does not have a lot of "rowdy" people like Destin or Panama City. We would definitely stay here again!
There is just no better beach to go to aside from the Gulf Coast with its white sand and clear blue/green waters! We enjoy the Gulf Coast location between the far west end of Panama City Beach until right before the Destin area. It's very family friendly and not very crowded, especially if you go later in the summer. -

We rented a two bedroom condo. We loved the condo and all it had to offer. The location was quiet and restful, yet still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The best part of our stay was the ease of getting to the beach. We basically walked right out of the condo onto the beach. There was really not anything about our experience that we didn't like.

We refused to stay. The room had not been cleaned. We had driven for 5 hours and had to search for another condo using the yellow pages. We also learned that the comforters are not washed between renters. I would not like to sleep under a comforter that had not been washed prior to my visit.

The area was beautiful. I would stay at Pennacle Port again but would choose a differant unit. The bed in the master room was terrible. I slept on the couch and was more comfortable. The unit also needed some small repairs and the kitchen was not stocked well for cooking. Overall we had a good time and the view was the best but as I said would choose a differant unit next time. When I checked out the rental company said they would address the issues with the owner.

My family came here and stayed 3 nights. Wondrful stay, great price, but this location is about 8 minutes from the main strip in Panama City Beach.
Closer to Ft. Walton.
Very classy facility, LARGE indoor/outdoor pool, would definitely consider using Dale Peterson Vacations as well again... Very friendly. -

We really liked the home and the view, but had some issue with broken elevator and all the constraction (they were changing carpets in the hallway). I have 5 months old baby there and it was pain to take stroller up and down the stairs and we were never offered a home with no constraction and working elevator.

We rented this condo for our anniversay.
We were disappointed to find that the property was not very clean when we arrived. Also, several of the electrical outlets did not work. The T.V. in bedroom was not useable because of outlet.
The unit appeared to have been refurbished but it was lacking a lot. It felt "old".
