we loved the condo itself the pools were great and the hot tubs were wonderful.
We stayed on the tweleth floor and it was a perfect height to see everything we had stayed before on the 23rd floor (too high) But I liked the 12th floor and we walked to pier park and just enjoyed a great weekend! Thank you Southern Rentals! -

Our stay at Tidewater Beach Resort was extraordinary. It was perfect. Florida is a beautiful state and staying at Tidewater Resort was like icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. I definitely would come back again. The service was good. The home was very comfortable and safe. The location was amazing. The best thing I enjoyed was the fact that our view was the ocean.

Our stay was awesome. We were able to check in early and everything was so conveniently located. The rooms were perfectly clean and the condo was wonderful! We had a beautiful view of the ocean. We will definately be staying here again.

We drove to Panama City Beach from Canada, and after a very long day, we were looking forward to settling in for the night. Instead we waited for almost an hour for an elevator. Saturday is check in and check out days. Image thirty floors with about eighteen units per floor, and only five elevators.
The condo itself was beautiful. Tastefully furnished with a lovely view of the gulf. The down side was that they could have provided more towels and hand towels. Since we had a washer and dryer to our disposal, we washed them several times in our stay. The kitchen was equipped however as a cook, it lacked proper sharp knives and a cutting board. I realize that many come to rest and not cook, however, simple things like this would be appreciated. Since we paid quiet a lot of money, the owner could certainly d money to buy a better coffee machine and blender!
That was the negative overall we really did enjoy our stay and the condo!
A word of advise, pack your car on Friday night so you are not waiting for a luggage cart or elevator. It took us an hour and a half to leave because of this. -

Very impressed with the unit and space. Tidewaters elevators were very frustrating and they need to install either more efficient ones or additional elevators. View was fantastic and we had a wonderful trip.

The sofa beds in the living room need to b replace. We were there for four nights and three nights my sons had to sleep on the floor. Other than that it was a good stay
