We had never vacationed in this area but always thought it would be a wonderful destination and knew we needed help selecting the right rental for our family. Andrea at Garrett was a godsend. I had criteria including gulf front, private outdoor area,at least 3 bedrooms and baths. Andrea talked through the inventory -- some of which I had identified from the web site as possibilities -- and helped me narrow prospects based on her clear understanding of my needs and her first hand information about the properties. We talked further and I made a choice and a reservation. We have rented many vacation properties through different companies (and sometimes owners) in several states and I have never been more pleased than I was with Andrea and Garrett. Our check in was cheerful, efficient, helpful and easy. During our stay we called twice for maintenance: once for a toilet which ran and once for a smoke detector which went off intermittently for no apparent reason. Each call was handled promptly and courteously.
B is the middle building. It's balconies overlook the heated pool (a must in April).You see the dunes and the water, but from the 2nd floor you don't actually see the beach -- which was fine. The building has 4 floors, an elevator, 2 apartments on each floor. Security is pleasant, helpful and gently firm about enforcing the rules. The grounds are lovely and well-kept.
B201 has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything was clean. Not new. Rooms are good sized, airy, bright and functional.The kitchen is fully equipped.
Located on the eastern end of 30-A, it's close to everything we needed or wanted from newspapers to food to post office -- all in easy biking and walking distance.Loved the area.Will return.

I will start by saying that the condo was nice. But here are my issues: The unit needs window blinds and a flat TV in the family room.

We really loved the location of our unit. It was perfect and easy to access the beach with kids. The unit was clean and well furnished.
