I loved this place...the kitchen was very clean and well equipped. The bed was sooo comfy. The jetted tub felt great. The view was awesome. The decor was nice and the owner was very nice to deal with. The location and parking were also good. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again myself.

My wife and I were convinced by my daughter to rent a unit from the Schulstadt's, having done so now I can say that it was a very nice experience .Teresa Schulstadt was great to deal with and went above and beyond what we expected, so thanks Teresa.
The Condo # 1413 was very clean on arrival ,was very well equiped and nicely furnished however the two chairs in the living room were not very comfy only leaving the couch as suitable seating .
The bedroom was nicely set out with a very comfortable bed .
Would we rent from Schulstadt's again? absolutely it was a fabulous week great value ,great location great amenities, we are already trying to decide when we will go back .

Wonderful place to stay loved every minute of it and i would definately go back again! We had no problems everything was clean and worked great! The beach front was awesome loved the view! Also Loved the free beach chairs and wifi!

This was our first time here and we loved the condo. It was clean, updated, had everything we needed. It also had a theatre, Starbucks and restaurant. The bed was a little uncomfortable and they do not have enough elevators. They are slow but you get to meet and have time to talk to people while on them. I would go again.

We were very surprised on just how helpful and friendly Schulstadt rentals were. I called to see if we could check in a few hours early and they didn't have a problem with it, they met and far exceeded all of our needs and wants! Awesome condo and breath taking ocean views. We got a few wonderful nights of sleep thanks to the comfortable mattresses. Two thumbs up will definitly be staying here again! Thanks you.

Service and location was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a very relaxing peaceful vacation. It was great to know we had our own beachchairs and didn' t have to carry them to the beach. It would be great if the fitness room was included in price. We will definately stay here again!! My husband and I came down for the autumn Rally of Thunder Beach. The room was beautiful and not too far up or too close to the street. We have stayed with Schulstadt many times before and we will probably continue to stay with them when we visit Panama City Beach.

This was our first trip to Panama City and when we come back we will most likely stay in this condo again if available. The condo was in great shape i.e. clean, tidy, in great condition. All of the appliances, that we used, worked great. Bedding was very comfortable. The view of the beach from the condo was amazing. The rest of the facility was nice as well. The pool was nice and clean and the entry onto the beach was nice.

We had a most memorable experiencce on this trip. The accomadations and the company who supplied them (Shulstadt Rentals) exceeded our expectations. The photos online do not do this particilar room justice. For two people it is very roomy and the view is spectacular. This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and we will return and Shulstadt will be our rental of choice,

The condo is centrally located.It had everything you need to have a comfortable vacation .It was very clean and very well decorated .It was everything a person could ask for in a vacation spot .I am looking forward to becoming a regular there .Thanks so much for making my vacation one to remember .

I took two of my best girlfriends to the beach for a relaxing getaway. I was blown away at the rates that Schulstadt offered. I feel like they are extremely fair and completely affordable. We stayed on the 14th floor of The Majestic Tower 1 and the view was breathtaking. The condo was clean, had everything you could possibly need in terms of comfort, and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cooking item you could imagine. It was truly a home away from home atmosphere. The only downside of The Majestic is the location. Of course, we stayed on Memorial Day Weekend, which we learned was also "Senior Trip” week and were a little disappointed by the incredibly loud "revving” of engines and stereo volumes riding down the "strip" at all hours of the night. Also, the condo boasts that anyone under the age of 25 cannot stay there. The group of freshly high school graduated boys staying directly above us stomped and played loud rap music at all hours of the night as well, and it was sometimes to the point where the ceiling fan in the bedroom would shake. The number of elevators compared to the volume of guests was an uneven comparison as we had to wait twenty minutes for an elevator several times during our three day stay. Also, the number of luggage carts is much lower than I think is appropriate especially when many guests were ignoring the "do not hold carts in units" sign. There was not a single time during our stay that we even a cart in the cart designated area in the main lobby. But even with the negatives, overall the trip was great and three of us girls had a fantastic time and hope to visit The Majestic someday again!

The view was breathtaking! We saw dolphins from the balcony and off the beach shore. The condo is larger than it seems in the picture. The condo was comfortable, inviting and very well equipped. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no "check-in" process which makes it speedier once you are there. Overall, I would recommend it. I did have some difficulty accessing internet and ended up using an open network that worked well. I hope to return .

My boyfriend and I came down for Thunder Beach. It was my first Thunder Beach experience. Upon getting there we were very impressed. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The color scheme was so relaxing. On Saturday we laid out on the beach a big part of the day. The beaches were gorgeous and it was so quiet. It was our first vacation together and we are already talking about another trip down when it is just the two of us, and his group of friends are staying next door and wanting to hang out. I am pretty sure that we will try and get the same unit. Also, it was really nice to have a tattoo shop across the street. I was able to get my third tattoo, and one that will always remind me of this great trip/

My family and I came to stay for 4 nights and 3 days. The placement of the condo in reference to the local attractions was spot on. The parking structure made it easy to get in and out, and the facility was very clean.
We were not bothered by housekeeping the entire time we were there.
The pools were closed for maintnance which kinda bumbed us out. We enjoyed the indoor pools and the hot tub. The amenities were astonishing. We did not know or quite rememeber there was a movie facility for our use. We will have to check it out next time.
As for the condo... we cant stop raveing about it. Upon first enetering the condo the artwork on the walls caught my eye. It was so very well kept and decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was a little springy, and the pull out couch was very very springy. We had to place several blankets on the matress for comfort.
The bathroom had a fantastic jacuzzi tub and was very spacious. The kitchen was very well organized and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and the friends we had over.
The view from this room was breathtaking. It could use a screen on the sliding glass doors for people who have very small children. The breeze is nice coming into the condo but the door could not be left open because of the small child.
We had a fantastic time and will be returning soon. Thank you. -
