The living area has a 46" flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa. The floor is tiled with an arrea rug. You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful and so was the view. The added bonus of having free beach chairs was a fantastic plus! The only negative aspect of the trip was that parking was across the street and we spent a lot time waiting on elevators which was somewhat frustrating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Beach Resort!

The condo was such a great place. We enjoyed having the large condo for a group of friends. Schulstadt Rentals was easy to work with and very helpful with information.

this was the 2nd time we have rented a condo from them ,they have beautiful condos ,very nice and helpful.i left my jewelry there and they shipped it to me.the only draw back to majestic resort is the elevator wait time and the hot tubs are never ''hot''and their staff are not friendly at all.i do think that owners should let they renters use their private parking area because my suv was hit in the reg. parking because it was so tight and so many people.the beach is beautiful.all in all if we stay w/condos we will use schulstadt rental again.

We came to PCB for our daughter's softball World Series. We we very excited to arrive since we booked this condo in March. Teresa and her team were great to work with. We shared the condo with another family and it was large enough for all 9 of us! The view was incredible!! The condo had everything we needed to make our week enjoyable!
Thanks so much for a wonderful time.. we will definitely be back!

Everything was great. Schulstadt Rentals were wonderful to work with us to take care of all our needs. The covered parking was great and the walk over the street was very nice. The work facalities were a great bonus. The location was close to shopping centers.

Our accommodations were excellent. The four-bedroom condo was large enough to accommodate all nine of my adult family and friends. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and/or eating. Beds were comfortable; bathrooms were more than adequate for all nine adults in our condo. We will definitely be contacting Schulstadt Rentals when we visit Florida again!

We had a great time at the beach.The condo was right on the beach,great view from balcony, but the kitchen chairs had mold growing on the fabric from people sitting in them with wet swimsuits, and the sleeper sofa in the livingroom was falling apart and very uncomfortable.

We always appreciate guest reviews. That's how we learn and improve. We too noted the stain on a kitchen chair upon the guest's departure. We aren't sure what it is but it's not mold. We can't get it out of the fabric nor off the wood frame. We are just going to have to live with it until the fall. The sleeper sofa condition we were not aware of but will make arrangements to correct it. It was checked and we totally agree it needs to be replaced. Thanks again - Teresa Schulstadt

My first time to Panama City Beach since i was a college student - that was almost 13yrs ago. I was very surprised with how family oriented Panama City Beach has become. We had a great time on the beach, in the condo, and out and about the city. We consisted of 3 adults and 4 children and the unit was very roomy and enjoyable. The market downstairs with starbucks coffee every morning was perfect!
