I have repeatedly rented this unit because if feels like home (right down to the colors). My husband prefers the mountains but he mentioned upon our return, be wanted to stay in this unit again. He was very comfortable there! We will be staying here again and again.

A few of my girlfriends and myself arrived Friday, May 25 and departed Monday, May 28. We had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival we didn't have to stand at a check-in counter, because I had paid and completed check-in information prior to arrival. The room was very clean and so were the bed linens and towels. I was very impressed. We had a wonder balcony view of the ocean and we also had a great front view of the city. We were very convenient to everything, even a Wal-Mart. The service was great, Teresa and Linda, was very courteous and prompt responding to phone calls, text, and emails. I just overall loved everything about Majestic Towers, the condo, unit 2106, and Schulstadt Rentals. The only complaint that I had was that the elevators were slow, but the good definitely outweighed the bad, so that wasn't a big deal to us. I will definitely be back.

We are return customers and love it! The courteous staff with Schulstadt Rentals makes every step a breeze. The rooms are always very clean and beautiful. We rented this room to try the bunk area with our children, ages 5 & 7. They loved it!

We were a group of 4 college students who stayed here over our Spring Break. The condo was perfect for our size and the location was amazing. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, but it was nice that the building was not full of crazy spring breakers. It was great to be able to be a part of that but to get away from it in the condo.
Teresa and Linda made our stay amazing and were so helpful in the booking, check in, and check out process.
We have already discussed returning to Panama City next year, and would not stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed staying at the Majestic Beach Resort booked through Shulstadt Rentals. We stayed 5 nights. I think we got a much better deal through Shulstadt Rentals than through the resort. They were awesome to work with and very helpful whenever I had any questions. Thank you Linda, we appreciate you! :)
We stayed in Tower 1 - Unit 2106 which can sleep 6. There were only 3 of us & the unit was perfect for us. It is beautifully decorated, very spacious with a balcony overlooking the beach. Everything was very clean & we had everything that we needed. Nice linens, bedding, full kitchen & washer/dryer.
I will add that in this particular unit, beach chairs are not included, so make sure if you want beach chairs, you go to the beach early to rent them or you can always hit the beach early & then go to the pool afterward - that is what we did several days in a row. The waterfall pool is just beautiful - all the pools are really nice - just make sure to get there early... Seating can be limited..
Other info: the elevators can be slow,, Just be patient & smile. :) Perhaps even meet a new friend while you wait.. The coffee shop is nice & has many things to offer.. If you are in need of groceries, Wal-Mart is right down the street. Captain anderson's is also a great place to eat & while you are in Panama City, check out Shell Island - you will not regret it - beautiful beach, clear water & snorkeling are great there! Enjoy & I hope this helps you! Have a great time if you decide to go!

The condo was excellent. My only problem was that one of the elevators did not stop on our floor. You had to go up a floor and walk back down if you got on the one that didn't work properly.

The view from the 21st floor was awesome. The condo was so comfortable that we felt like we were at home. The kitchen very accomodating with everything you might need to cook, etc. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit as well. It was a very nice, clean comfortable stay and the decor was nicely done as well.
I would definitely stay at this same unit if I visit Panama City Beach again. I have already referred it to a couple of friends. -

This room was marvelous, excellent location to every thing, the staff was very friendly, especially the ones at the coffee shop. even though we were with spring breakers the room location was quiet. i was also impressed how good the water pressure was..and how clean the room was..i will return...

We enjoyed the view of the gulf, especillay the sunsets. Checking into our condo was truly qiuck and without problems. We were able to relax and still experience the great food and entertainment the area offered. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equiped with everything we needed.

I spent three days with my family, my wife and I and our four older children, at this location. Normally I find sleeping away from home difficult but not here. This place is so comfortable and has such a nice home feeling that getting a good nights sleep was easy. Everything was welll layed out and accessable. We would love to do this again.

From the moment we walked into the condo, it felt like we had just walked into our own home! The condo was clean and comfy. The check-in process was a breeze because there wasn't one!!! Everything was emailed to you and you walk right in like it was your own. Being on the 21st floor allowed us to view everything imaginable! The water was crystal clear. We watched the dolphins each morning around 7:00-7:30ish. We even watched a Manatee just coasting along...My husband isn't a big fan of the beach like I am but he fully enjoyed the visit and made the comment to "keep her number, I'd like to come back here". So, I can't wait until my next visit with them!
