It was a family vacation decided at the last minute so I was very glad that Schulstadt Rental made it so easy for me from choosing a room to checking in. The condo was one of the best that we've stayed in when we go to PCB. It was on a great location, clean, fully stocked and roomy. I've bookmarked Schulstadt Rentals and will rent from them again.

i loved the place it was on second floor and the room was right at the elevator. easy access to everything! very nice and clean. would recommend to anyone! thanks for allowing us to stay, the beach and room was great!

This unit was beautifully decorated. I could move right in and not change a thing. The view was fantastic and balcony was just the right size. I liked being on the 2nd floor as high floors bother me. Plus it was very convenient to the stairs since the wait for an elevator could take more than 15 minutes. The pools were much too cold to swim in since the weather wasn't extremely hot. The only pool we could use for the infant that wasn't cold was the infant pool. But she loved the ocean and we stayed out there most of the time. Other than the elevator and the pools this place was perfect. We tried the restaurant but after 15 minutes and no one waited on us we left so I cannot say how their food was. The convenience store was nice but Walmart was down the street. Location was good. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Everything was great, especially in dealing with Schulstadt. The condo was in great condition. Our only criticism would be the excessive light that comes in the bedroom. We had to put the comforter over the window to mute the light, but there was still light that came in. Also, the bedroom mattress was extremely soft and we could feel the springs. The best? The view by far!

This is a very nice unit.Everthing was very clean and up to date.These are good people to deal with.You will be pleased with it,the view is to die for.Loved the indoor pool,also starbucks was a treat for me as i love my coffee.You can not go wrong.

When it comes to vacation rentals in Panama City Beach, FL, there is no end in choice. This unit was perfect for our family. It featured all new ammenities, internet access, very clean, not at all cluttered, and located right on the beach. The Managemenet Company was just super to deal with. You won't be disappointed!

This was a very nice condo and a perfect location. We liked everything except for the comfort of the sofa and bed. The comfort of the bed was awful. Everything else was great, but when you don't sleep well it makes for a tiring day.

I am sorry you didn't find the mattress comfortable. It is only a year old and a pillow top mattress. I will certainly be following other guest's feedback since sleep preferences vary person to person. The sleeper sofa was purchased a few months back and has a 6" innerspring mattress. Thanks for helpiing us break it in.

This was our first family vacation as a family of four! We have 2 little girls and being on the 2nd floor was so nice being so close to the ground! We loved how huge the beach was and love the pools! It only rained one day but bc of the indoor pool our 3 1/2 year old still could swim! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! Everything was amazing and we really ejoyed working with the Schulstadt Family, very pleasant and kind people!

The room was as advertised. It was very nice...very clean. The convenience of the washer/dryer was such a plus. The view from the room was amazing. Being on the 2nd floor, you feel like you can reach out and touch the ocean. We enjoy the location of the resort...we could walk to where we wanted to go when we wanted (Angelo's Steak Pit, Pineapple Willy's, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Coconut Creek, ShipWreck LTD)just to name a few. Even WalMart is nearby. With the smell of the ocean when you open the balcony door, you forget that so much is around. You see the sand and the waves...you're right where you want to be.

Majestic Beach Tower is a great place to stay,very convenient to the beach,eating places and recreation areas.The negatives were limited handicap parking and slow elevators,however there was a softball tour. going on while we were there

was a very nice condo looks just like the pictures teresa has on her sight. right on the beach like the second floor didnt have to wait on elevator. Very clean a great view. teresa easy to work with answer your calls or emails quickly.

This condo from the first afternoon we arrived, was awesome!! We completely by passed the check in desk, and since it was on the 2nd floor, we took the steps everyday with the exception we took it for our luggage. When we arrived to the room we just punched in a code on the door and was ready to load everything in! As soon as we walked in, it smelled so clean and we looked around thinking this place is too clean and we were bound determined to find something that was a little out of the ordinary. But, we didn't. The bedroom and the living room was to die for, it was just like being at home, very relaxing. I liked that the closet and all the drawers had pictures of what supplies was apart of the condo. It really helped out and was nice so we wouldn't lose track of anything. The view was amazing!! We liked sitting out on the balcony just watching all of the people on the beach and watching the sunset. There are somethings in walking distance of the hotel, but everything else is within at least 10 minutes driving. I was very suprised that there wasn't one party going on in our building! It was nice because that's exactly what we didn't want. The beach was so clean and the water was warm. I did not have a complaint about this condo and will definately visit again!

Great accomodations and Teresa & Herb couldn't have been more helpful. The unit was in clean and excellent condition and in a very convienent location. If there was any problem, it would be the lack of security cameras and patrols in the parking garage, where I was relieved of over $300.00 worth of fishing rods & reels. Other than that, it is a great place to stay and at a very resonable price.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Our check-in was very simple. It was very nice not having a complicated check-in or check-out. The only problem we had was with the dvd players. We rented a dvd and neither of the players would cooperate. But over-all the condo was roomy, clean, and in very neat order. We enjoyed the free beach chair service and had a wonderful stay with shulstadt rentals!

This condo was top notch. Every thing was so clean! Bed was very comnfortable as well as the living room furniture. Balcony was a great size and had a perfect ocean view. We loved that the condo was on the 2nd floor. My oldest daughter one night turned the jetted tub on without enough water in it and it sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. Without thinking I took one of the white towels supplied to wipe up the floor behind the toilet. I thought, "Oh no, I've stained up one of their white towels." but to my suprise, there was not a bit of dirt on it. I was amazed at the cleanliness. It was me, my husband, and our two girls (6 & 2 yrs old) and it was the perfect size for us. Having the indoor pool was great, as well as the convenience of the H2O Grill, starbucks coffee, and the market was awesome for all the little things we forgot to pack. We never left the condo for anything except one night of put put golf and dinner at Sharky's. I highly reccomend this place! Teresa at Shulstadt Rentals was so nice, and check in was a breeze since all we had to do was go straight to our room with a keycode! Thanks Teresa, we had an excellent vacation and will return!
