The condo was a four bedroom with plenty of space for our family and friends. We had three adults three teenagers and a five year old. The location was great to many of the shops and restaurants. The beach had easy access and the availability of the beach chairs and umbrella was great. The only issue was the availability of the elevators during the peak season, sometimes waits of 15 minutes. The use of carts needs to be improved for transporting luggage to and from the condo was a problem during our stay. The view was fantastic in our 22nd floor end unit.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. The internet pictures were not as good as the real thing. Everyone who helped us at Schulstadt Rentals was wonderful. Very nice, helpful and professional. The view from our unit was perfect. The unit had everything we needed. We loved using the chairs on the beach w/ umbrella. The only negative and not much of one was the way the building left bags of stuff by the elevators for long periods of time and the elevators were very slow.

Yes, the reviews were right!
I stayed in the 4 bedroom-3 bath condo on the 22nd floor, a Schulstadt Rental property, and I must say, I felt like a rock star. It was lovely, spacious, clean and welcoming. We had two toddlers in our party and the place was kid friendly. (No carpeting to clean up after sand and milk spills. Simply mop up tile or sweep.) Also, everything was so clean. Appliances were new or at least looked new. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and a huge fridge! The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean and white. Everything you'd need to know about your stay is typed out on a laminated paper and left where you can find it.
Of course, I'd read about security and how they mess with people at the Majestic.
We had no problem with security. Once we mentioned that we rented through Schulstadt, security was our friend! (Just have to keep your little blue wrist bands on all the time, that's the only thing.) The heated pool and being so close to the beach was great. Free Netflix and Beach Rentals were a true perk and finally, meeting and talking to the owner was a real plus. I will be renting from Teresa at Schulstadt once again next year!

This was a very clean 4bdr condo in a nice complex, Majestic Beach Tower 1, on Panama City Beach. It's very convenient to restaurants and shopping ( just 5 miles to Pier Park!). We traveled with other family members including a baby and all were comfortable with plenty of room. The owners were easy to contact with any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definately like to stay here again!
