Located in Tower 1 on the 22nd floor, this unit features WIFI, Netflix movies and seasonal beach service (2 chairs and umbrella - Mar 1 - Oct 15). Unit includes a washer and dryer and sleeps six. The living area has a 37" flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa. The floor is carpeted. You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. The unit was well equipped and extremely comfortable. We felt that we were staying in someone's home and not a rental unit. There was nothing else that we would have asked for. The view from the 22nd floor was beautiful and very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Majestic. The view was excellent and the condo was nice. It was furnished with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the pools.
The Majestic is a very large property that has perks, but parking, loading and unloading were an inconvenience. Although instructions said luggage carts would be available, none were to be found when we arrived and when checking-out. Making two trips to the 22nd floor to take-up or bring down luggage was unpleasant.

We absolutely loved both condos we've stayed in with Schulstadt Rentals. They are located in Majestic Beach Tower I which is conveniently located near Walmart and other areas. The units are clean and well-equipped. One thing in Unit 2211 that was negatively noted was the transitions from tile to carpet...the tack strips protrude just enough to catch your feet at times.
If I had a major complaint, it wouldn't be about the units. The Majestic Beach Towers do not have enough elevators or luggage carts to accommodate all of the guests. Also, the elevators have no fan or air so it's extremely hot on them. -

The facility was clean and enjoyable. The staff was very nice and easy to get in touch with if needed. I really felt welcomed by the staff and felt like they cared about our experience. I would definitely recommend this unit and Schulstadt Rentals to all my friends. We will be back.

The process of getting reservations was simple and Linda was always so helpful. We found everything at the condo nice and very clean. Everything you possibly need. The only complaints we had would be the elevators being so slow and hot. Need more carts for luggage it was hard getting everything up and down on arrival and when checking out. We will use Schulstdt Rentals again. Thanks for making our vacation a good one.

Schulstadt Rentals was absolutely wonderful! Very pleasant and very helpful! The room was very nice and so was the complex. However, the front desk staff was rude!! I will Definately do business with Schulstadt again but I don't think I will stay at Majestic Beach Tower 1 due to the rude staff! From talking with other guests, they are rude to everyone who doesn't reserve directly through them. I think this is a very tacky way to treat guests of your complex regardless of who they rented through!

The rental is cleaned and has all of the amenities needed, except for a mop. The furniture is comfortable and cleaned. The view is just super. The only thing I can say bad, is that the evelators are very slow and hot.

The condo itself, was perfect.
Only complaint was the fact that every single day.. either the pool was closed for maintenance and we had to go to the other tower... or we had to go on a wild goose chase for which hot tub actually worked, only to find the hot tub.. colder than the pool. No explaination was ever given as to why the tubs were closed randomly and/or cold.
