Located in Tower 1 on the 23rd floor, this unit features WIFI, Netflix movies and seasonal beach service (2 chairs and umbrella - Mar 1 - Oct 15). Unit includes a washer and dryer and sleeps six. The living area has a 40" flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa with a 6" inner spring mattress. The floor is carpeted. It was the best place we've ever stayed in panama.. Great hotel great amenities and a great condo with a great ocean view.. Very clean.. Great service.. Very nice and friendly personnel... Family environment.. I really liked how there's security personnel around so it makes it very comfortable since we have a 5 year old..
If I will stay here again? Of course this is our Panama City destination every time we go here... -

I always use Schulstadt Rentals when I visit PCB. This visit was great just like all of the others. The Unit was nice and I was pleased.

We had our four kids with us, ages 8,9,10, & 11. This unit was very spacious for us, and we never felt as though we were on top of each other. Large bed for the hubby and I and the kids loved the bunk beds, and Netflix was a plus. Schulstadt always make the rental process so easy and smooth. It was our second time booking through them and we will definitley use them again. The units are always clean, and with the best towels and linens. The units are fully stocked with anything you may need. The washer and dryer was a plus, especially with four kids!! The pools were clean and maintained as well.

The unit was just as described, and we had a great stay. Being on the 23rd floor gave us great views and wonderful breezes. The kitchen was great and fully stocked.

Sleep sofa not comfortable..couch not comfortable..bed sleep ok could use a better mattress..twin bed sleep ok...could go down on price cause furniture not comfortable

Both the master bedroom mattress and sleeper sofa are new, purchased December 2011. The king mattress is a pillow top while the sleeper has a 6" innerspring mattress and a heavy duty commercial frame for added support. Standard sleeper mattresses are only 4" deep. While we try to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we understand bedding is a personal preference.

This is undoubtedly the best condo I have ever stayed in for vacation. It was fully equipped with anything you could need and also was clean and comfortable. The amenities were a+++ and I look forward to planning another stay when my vacation rolls around again.

I cannot tell you how many times I've rented from this company! This visit wasn't any different from previous times! Room was great, clean, and very friendly service. The only thing that bothered me this time and the time before was that the cleaning service was at the room about 20 min. Before it was time for checkout. They actually opened the door this visit which I thought was pretty rude! Rather than that I don't have any other complaint! This time of year was so slow, which was awesome! Great rate, great room, friendly service and awesome beach time! Ill never use any other company! Thanks you guys!

We have addressed the issue of housekeepers entering units prior to 10 am. Housekeepers will always be promptly waiting at the unit door at 10am but should never enter prior to then. Likewise, we do expect our guests to depart on time and the housekeepers are authorized to enter the unit at 10:01 am. We try to accomodate early check-ins, but it's not possible unless we have prompt departures. We will be working on a smoother transition and as always, we loved having you. Thanks for taking great care of the unit.

This was a awesome place to stay, could not have ask for anything better..I would reccomend to anyone to stay here.. The people there were very nice.. We enjoyed the view from our balcony, you could see everything from where we were..Thanks Linda for all your help and treating us like we were family...

I would rate Schulstadt Rentals as excellent. The unit was nice except for the following issues:
* We saw several silverfish in the unit during our stay and a couple large roaches
* The water pressure in the shower was very poor.
* Unit owner did not include free dvd rental--which was not a big deal, but would have been nice.
* Unit owner did not include umbrella beach chair rentals which were very expensive.Response from Schulstadt Rentals - 08/08/2011

Sorry about the silverfish. I have already made contact to have the exterminator come up. I will have Herb check out the water pressure. Maybe a different shower head will help. It's on his list. As for beach service and Netflix, this is the first year we experimented with offering these amenities. Now that we realize how popular these items are, rest assured we are working with our owners to ensure all our units provide these next season. Thanks for everything, Teresa

The view from the 23rd floor was spectacular. We were able to see quite a few more dolphins than normal. The elevator is quick and smooth, so being on the 23rd floor was not an issue. We were very happy with the accomdations (although I do wish there was a big screen TV to watch the football games).
It was really enjoyable having some of our meals on the balcony while enjoying the view. We were there in October, so the heated indoor was nice to have. Having a store/deli in the building that was open untill 1 am was very convenient.
We also want to thank Teresa for working with us since we had to delay our trip two times because of last minute conflicts. -

We had the most wonderful experience ever. Teresa and the staff was so easy to work with from booking to check out. With only a few minor glitches in our first few hours (which were resolved immediately), we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The majestic beach towers resort absolutely has the appropriate name. It was majestic. The veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. We will definately stay again. I look forward to working with Teresa again for our next vacation.
