My husband and I stayed for four days at this cozy unit. Everything was perfect! Amazing views from up on the 23rd floor. Fun decor. The condo had everything we needed. Netflix and beach service added a special touch to the trip! Everyone who worked at the Majestic was very nice and helpful.
Special thanks to Shulstadt Rentals, who gave us an early check-in. We certainly didn't expect that, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask when we arrived in town early!
The Majestic is also in a great location. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy's, driving distance to countless other places, including Pier Park. Check out Emerald Coast Olive Oil at Pier Park if you can! A really unique shop!

We stayed for just 2 nights but we were happy with the view of the beach from the condo. We were more than satisfied with evrything at the towers. The condo was clean, the elevators were fast and so many things are within walking distance.

My first trip to PCB...My first trip to a bike rally... The condo was so cozy and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable...It was truly like home away from home. I stayed on the 23rd floor and I could see for miles and miles. This was absolutely the best vacation of my life :)

What can I say that no one else has said already? This condo was amazing and very comfy. It was perfect for the two of us to get away for a few days. It was very clean and organized. The condo had everything we needed to have a "home away from home" cozy vacation feel. Excellent views from the balcony and we will definitely stay in the Schulstadt Rental again. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our breakfast and watched the stingrays. The resort was beautiful but the only downfall was the elevators (Very Slow). Thank you again for a wonderful and memorable vacation and we will be back :)

The service was great, as well as the studio. View from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking!! There is nothing to complain about... The only reason I gave four stars is because there is always room for improvement... ;) PS: Would go back to that place in a heart beat!!

We loved every minute of it & every detail of the condo.
It is awesome and the Schulstadt are super to rent from. We have stayed with them the last 4 years. We can't say enough good about it we just love it!!! We love the weather in May and we have been every summer month on the calender.

very nice! we were looking for good location and privacy and we got it all! kid free weekend trip for our anniversary and i did not want to leave! wonderful wonderful stay! so clean and beautifully decorated! cant wait to go back! ms linda from the schulstadt rentals was so sweet to work with us like she did!!! i love her!
we r planning a 2 family vacation to the majestic with my sister and her family next summer! but we will be back (just us 2) before then!
there is an extremely nice waitress at the grill downstairs, sorry i cant remember her name but she was awesome too! she took great care of us!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and wish it could have been more! The whole condo is decorated so nicely that you feel so much at home as soon as you walk in. The view really is the best part though. Absolutely amazing!!! Anyone thinking about staying here shouldn't think to long!!! It's a no brainer!

We rented this unit for our vacation through Schulstadt Rental. This unit is just like the pictures on they website. This unit was on the top floor but it came with beach service that why we booked this unit. I don't much like heights but I did not have any issues with being out on the balcony. Their process is so simple, everything is done through email (unit entry code, beach service reservation, and parking permit). Thanks for the awesome vacation Schulstadt Rental.

It was one of the best trips we ever had and I look forward to many more trips to Panama City. The only thing we did not like was the beach in front of the Condo. There was a lot of green's up near the beach. Other than that it was in a great location and we could not ask for a better trip. I would like to thank your group for making this all happen.

The room was very comfortable and decorated to the tee! The lamps provided an exotic feel to the room. The view was amazing and we loved every detail. The fishing trip with Ellis Charters was fun as we caught fish non-stop while out on a 6 hour trip. Looking forward to going back soon!

Our group decided at going to Panama City Beach for the spring break. But most reliable and well rated places were either expensive, or lacking in amenities and cut off from the nice parts of the beach. As a college student, I was fairly unaware and new to the world of vacation rentals. I happened to stumble upon the Vrbo website offering some really nice places for reasonable amounts. But most vacation rentals offered their listed rates only to people 25+ years of age. Unwilling to pay the exorbitantly hiked up rates, I finally stumbled upon Schulstadt Rentals. After a talk with Teresa, she offered her condo for the listed price. I amused by the motherly like warning she gave me about the safe keeping of her condo. With the crazy things that party-going students do these days, it is safe to say her concerns were genuine. But after sharing mutual assurances, my friends and I signed up for a 4 night stay.
The condo itself was fantastic. With a LCD TV, roku player, nice internet connection, kitchen appliances, a really nice bed and ample storage space; it was well equipped to say the least. What I liked even more was the attention to detail: There were dishes for cooking, dinnerware, cleaning supplies, (including a vacuum cleaner) and a whole lot of other things you wouldn't find at a hotel hotel room. And the ocean view, that in itself was worth the entire amount. With the gentle sound of the sea in the night, it was really an endearing experience all in all. I would like to thank Teresa for her hospitable place and am looking forward to more such experiences. -

We had a great, relaxing time. We were on the top floor, which is a great view, but waiting on the elevators was a hassle. Other than that, things were great. The room was nice and roomy for its size. Whoever did the interior design did a nice job of maximizing the space. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. Thanks Schulstadt for the accommodation.

this was awsome!!! my husband and i hated to leave. the view of the ocean day or night was wonderful. being on front beach rd was great cause your close to everything. we went over to panama city and enjoyed chow time. it's great for families that like buffe style food. all i can say about our stay is if you need a great way to end a year and begin a new one this is the place to be. Thanks again for such an awsome time. we will be back but will be needing more rms next time because we are coming as a family

One of the best beach stays we've ever had. Dealing with your company was sooo nice. It was great to talk to you and be able to call you with any questions...really appreicate that. I really can not explain my experience. The room was exactly the way it was on the website. The bed was so comfortable we had to drag our selves out of it. The view was breath taken. The sound of the waves and sea gulls woke us up every morning.Teresa was so down to earth making sure our stay was wonderful. Its very kid friendly and affordable. Our stay was so great we are already booked for next year.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was very nice. The condo was very clean, and very nicely furnished. Everything we needed was provided. The view of the beach and the ocean from the room and balcony was great. The condo is located in good proximity to great restaurants and entertainment. I will definately be renting from Schulstadt Rentals again. We are already talking about coming back next year. I highly recomend renting from the Schulstadt's. It was a great experience.

My husband and I loved the condo. It was just right for him and myself.. The most important Thinig to me was the fact that anyone wanting to enter had to ring a door bell on the outside of a locked door. That was great. It gave me a great piece of mind. All in all the stay was wonderful. We hope to rent again next year.
