Located in Tower 1 on the 23rd floor, this unit features WIFI, Netflix movies and seasonal beach service (2 chairs and umbrella - Mar 1 - Oct 15). Unit includes a washer and dryer and sleeps four. The living area has a 40" flat screen and DVD player. The floor is carpeted. You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. Our home in T1-Unit 2310 was absolutely 100% perfect. It was spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully with very comfortable beds, and all the amenities we could ask for. The scenic view overlooking the balcony was breathtaking. We appreciated the location being close to a plethora of restaurants. We could walk to many, and when we drove we became acquainted very easily with the streets and directions.
Without doubt the service we received was what we appreciated the most. Herb and Teresa bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Thank you two from the bottom of our hearts for all you did to make our vacation that special experience that will bring us back to Panama Beach City year after year. You two are the best. Your graciousness and generosity have left a lasting impression on our hearts. -

We had a wonderful time in PCB. The condo was exactly as described. We had absolutely no problems. We brought our 2 teenagers and they had a blast. The condo was super clean and we are planning on coming back next year and bringing friends with us.

This place was beautiful the pictures on line dont do it justicwelke.The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the balthroomts as well the view. was beautiful the only problem we had was that one of the elevators were not working but over all everything was wonderful.

This was our third time staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. We felt this was the cleanest of all the rentals we have stayed in. We were a little nervous about being up on the 23rd floor but ended up really enjoying the peace and quite up there. The view from the balacony was wonderful we enjoyed watching stingrays, turtles and dolphins rather than just people watching. We plan to stay here again next year for our annual trip!

These units are immaculate! We stayed on the top floor in 2310, and have zero complaints. The unit was well equipped from the balcony to the bathroom, and everywhere in between. Two sets of elevators, plus stairs, made all floors easily accessible, the beach was fun and everyone was friendly,and the location is prime if you have a means of transportation or don't mind walking a little. We did have a slight misunderstanding when individuals reported they were staying in our room when they were one floor below us. However, even in such a situation, Mr. and Mrs. Schulstadt and the hotel security were considerate enough to come to us, and allow us to explain. Thanks for the great stay!

I rate everything 5 stars except for Comfort only because the beds aren't the most comfortable but then again this is not a luxury unit like the last unit we stayed in (T2-1509). Other than that, the condo is clean, Teresa Schulstadt is great (only a text away) and Wal-Mart is just down the road. When comparing when you get with The Schulstadt Rentals to other hotels, like Holiday Inn, you're getting a great deal (and service) for the price. I'll stay with The Schulstadts any day! Thanks Teresa for being so on top of things and providing great service!
