The living area has a 46" flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa with a 6" inner spring mattress. The floor is tiled with an area rug. You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. This was our first time at the Majestic Beach Resort and I will definitely come back. We were upgraded due to some issues with our reserved rental unit and Teresa could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Beautiful resort - condo was very nice and well maintained. Didn't think I would like the parking across the street but it was no problem at all. Definitely consider Majestic Beach Resort. Thank you.

This condo was just perfect for our family vacation. Perfect location in tower 1 close to pools and beach. The furnishings were so nice and the bedding nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed . The balconies were awesome with plenty of room. It was nice to set out there in the morning and watch for either the string ray or dolphins come close to shore while feeding. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful condo, nice resort amenities. Do not go during spring break if you have a family with younger children! The high school kids think they own the place and they have horrible mouths! Very rude and obnoxious! I think they were drunk the whole time with no consideration for the families around them! Linda was great!

The first week in April is Georgia High School spring break. As a parent, I would NOT bring my small children here. We try to warn guests from other states when they book this week. We will do a better job advising guests. As much as we want and need your money, it's more important that our guests have a positve, memorable vacation and not be subjected to the conditions described above. Security is great in trying to control the situation and we monitor units to verify a parent is present but unfortunately, that does not always result in positive behavior.

We had excellent customer service from booking to check out! The condo was huge, clean, beautiful, and well stocked with everything we needed. The huge balcony was wonderful. We loved being able to see the beach and the pool. We also loved that the 3 bedroom unit had 2 king beds that were very comfortable! We would and have recommended this unit and Schulstadt Rentals to all of our friends! I just hope they don't book this unit next year when we want to come back!! :) The reserved parking space and complimentary beach chair service were also very nice to have during our stay! We will definitely be back next year!!!

My family and I stayed at this unit in august, 2011. The condo was very nice and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Only drawback was having to wait for elevators which sometimes it was faster just to take the stairs. We were very pleased with the unit and with Schulstadt Rentals and would definitely like to visit again.

We had the most awsome stay at this unit in Majestic Beach. It was exactly as described on the page. So many times this is not the case. It was so spacious and beautiful. Not to mention Clean! These two were a pleasure to work with. I never have done a review before but I feel like I Needed to. Thanks Teresa for everything!!! Life is Great at the Beach!!!

very nice unit but flawed by old rags left out in kitchen for cleaning and on bathroom counter for bathing. old cleaning rags should be left in laundry room. and i would never touch my face with the rags left in bathroom. did not like the high rise setup with parking across the street. heating unit not good-heated master suite too well and front guest room not well.

My husband and I can't say enough about our stay. Teresa was great to deal with. The condo was well taken care of and very very clean. We had everything that we could possibly have wanted for the 2 weeks that we were there.
The views are awesome. The sunsets from the balcony were to beautiful for words. Listening to the waves at night from our bed was something that most only dream about.
If you want the total beach vacation then definitely give Teresa at Schulstadt Rentals a call. The Majestic Beach Resort is the place to be. We have stayed here twice now in the past two years and are planning to go back again next year for 3-4 weeks. -

We recently just stayed in this condo in Sept. and we had the best time. The condo was very nice and there was alot of room, with pretty much everything you needed. The location was great. This is a end unit and its up just high enough to take in all the great views of the ocean..I would recommend this condo to everyone...Teresa is excellent to work with for whatever you need.
