The living area has a 40" flat screen, DVD player and full size sleeper sofa.. The floor is tiled. You will be able to cook any meal as the kitchen is fully equipped with all your cookware and serving needs. I have been going to Panama City Beach for 46 yrs. I have stayed in not so nice places and some nice places. I have to say that this place is #1 in my choices of places to stay on the beach. The rooms were the cleanest I have ever stayed at. Even the carpet and floors was very clean and I felt perfectly safe walking around with no shoes on. Carpets felt very clean. In fact I was in awe of how clean you did have them. It is close to impossible to do with all the sand and salt water in the air to have them feel that clean.
I love being able to just go straight to the room and not have to check in at a desk. I loved being able to change the code and have it were we all can come and go and not have to worry about getting the key from each other. All the kitchen supplies and dishes was great also. There is not one thing I could tell you that I would want changed. ( ha unless make it free...)
Thanks for a wonderful stay.. Me and my family loved it all. Hope to see you next yr.

I can't begin to express how happy my family and I were with the condo. It was exactly what we wanted. It was beautiful and the perfect home away from home. It was extremely clean and orderly and the beds were very comfortable. I have absolutely nothing bad to say whatsoever. The staff at Schulstadt Rentals were great and were able to accomodate our early arrival which made a huge difference with a four year old in tow. I have already recommended the Majestic to friends and family.

My family recently stayed in this unit. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The teenagers loved having the Netflix movies. My husband and I enjoyed having the beach service!! It was pretty crowded on the beach the weekend we were there so it was nice not having to find a place on the beach. The unit is well equipped with everything you would need for a great vacation. We are locals to the area and plan on using Schulstadt Rentals for all of our vacations to Panama City Beach. A big thanks to Teresa for working with me on such short notice. She goes above and beyond to make your vacation fantastic. And yes, the elevators are very slow in tower 2, but that is a Majestic issue that needs to be addressed. Overall, a great vacation!!

The unit was perfect and met all expectations for our party of 4 adults. It was immaculate upon arrival. The added beach chairs and umbrella was a big plus to have. We didn't use the inside pool's or sauna's. The location was central to everything in PCB if venturing out both directions. My only negative thought about the complex was there was not many restaurants, local stores, etc within a really close walking distance.

The room was very nice you could not ask for a more pleasing person to deal with than Teresa,The water was a little murky
and the traffic was bad as always!But the condo and pool was great and dont forget the Bar and grill(good strong drinks;) -

We decided last minute (2 days early) to take a quick trip to the beach. We found this rental on vrbo.com. Price was great - everything listed on website was accurate when we arrived. Check-in was easy - key in lockbox right outside door! Texted owners for help with TV and received quick reply. Very clean. Beautiful view. Choice of 2 indoor pools, 2 outdoor pools, hot-tub, kiddie pool...or the beach! 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were included in our stay - awesome! They were very easy to work with and very friendly. I highly recommended it!

It was difficult to get any sleep with all the kids drinking and yelling until 3 a.m. This unit seemed to be louder than units we've had in the past.
