Loved my condo in the Majestic Unit 1509. Teresa is dependable and easy to deal with...and there are several pluses to this particular unit. It's beautiful for one...designer colors and touches throughout. It's spacious! You don't feel cramped and each of the 3 bedrooms has a corresponding bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It's clean and has a huge balcony as this is a corner unit. And one of the best perks is the private parking space! It's right by the sky bridge and we never worried about parking! That is very important to us, so much so, that we will request this unit next time! Cons are the slow elevators which are not air conditioned. The location is great...the only thing I would like is to see some activities for kids.

All the condos,we have visited during the years of Schulstadt Rental, have been a pleasant experience. They are always very nice ,treat you like family. We have been renting from them for the past 8 years ,and wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else for our family's vacations. Thanks

My family and I have stayed at Majestic Beach Towers for over 5 years. We have rented through the Resort itself and many different owners. I came across Schults rentals and have been using them for almost a year now. As long as they have condo's at PCB I will be using them! This unit 1509 is the most beautiful, comfortable unit I have ever stayed it. My husband and i slept in the Master bed room, there was a tropical storm there the weekend we went so there was not much we could do! Sunday i literally stayed in the bed all day!!! I watched my favorite show True Blood and did not move!!! The linens were gorgeous, the tones of all the rooms were just magnificent! lets not forget the huge Master Bath and all the other bathrooms were nice, the couples that stayed in the other rooms just went on and on how well they slept in the beds. The balcony was one of the largest I had seen! the view is amazing. love love loved it and will rent it again if i need to. Thanks you guys for having such a beautiful unit and being such great people to work with!!! If you are thinking about renting a 3 room unit ... look no further. You will love this place!

Our group of 6 had an excellent trip to Panama City. Our condo was awesome and exactly as described and looked in pictures. The Majestic was just perfect. I assume it had to do with the time of year we went, but we never had to wait long for elevators, like some other reviews say. The condo is also within walking distance of Coyote Ugly, which we had a blast at, and putt putt. We had a misunderstanding with our check-out day, and Linda was more than helpful with letting us stay another night. Last but not least, the beach was amazing. Luckily, we only had seaweed problems 1 day out of 5. Schulstadt supplies beach chairs and some beach toys which was awesome. Overall, spent weeks looking for a place for my family to stay and am sooo glad we found Schulstadt Rentals. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay with again.

Everything was wonderful. We rent through Schulstadt Rentals. Always easy and convenient. Condos are very nice and updated. Teresa and Herb are wonderful. Any problems and they are immediately fixed. Could not have asked for a better vacation. Already thinking about next year's trip along with my sister's family.

We have always planned our vacations with individual owners of condominiums and found the Schulstadt Rentals while planning this vacation. They were wonderful and very easy to work with in making the arrangements. I liked the fact that we could do everything electronically. This unit was everything as described in the photos, and was in perfect condition. I really liked this unit because of it being a corner unit, was much more privacy on the balcony and had a spectacular view of the beach in both directions. Unit was very spacious and it was super nice having the comforts of home in regards to the bedding and the beds, in addition to the space. If I needed anything, the Schulstadt would promptly get back to me within the hour. I would highly recommend this condominium and will continue to rent from the Schulstadt Company in the future.

We loved the condo! It was absolutely perfect, the rooms were spacious and clean. The view was gorgeous and the complex was very nice. We had a great time while in the condo.
The elevators were very slow and the place was very busy, not as slow and relaxing as I had hoped. Sea weed washed in on our 2nd day and hung around for the rest of our trip. Our children and my wife were not too keen on swimming in it.
Overall the condo was fantastic and we had a great time. The city and streets in general were a little too crowded for my taste. -

Our stay in Unit 1509 was awesome! Not only was the unit beautiful and very clean, the staff at Schulstadt rentals were very nice and helpful. The view of the beach and pools was great...the unit was beautifully decorated...and we loved sitting out on the balcony and eating at the big table. The master bedroom bed was like sleeping on a cloud too! We would definitely stay in this unit again!!!

This is our 3rd time to stay at the Majestic over the last 7-8 years. The 1st time, we stayed in Tower II and the last two times were in Tower I. My only complaint would be that the pool for Tower II is under the building so the water is always cold. With this trip, the seaweed was bad and with the pool not being an option, we ended up sunning in front of the Tower and using the showers normally used by the beach folks to cool off. Tried to use Tower Ii's pools but never found a free chair. Have always been pleased with the service we've received as well as the cleanliness of the unit. This year was the best for several reasons; no front-desk check-in and great weather. Both Teresa and Linda from Schulstadt were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using them to anyone.

teresa was excellent in getting information to me for checkin, and it everything went smoothly without a hitch. The condo was amazing, the view spectacular, the convienence to the beach was perfect. I was so impressed with how large the condo was- the pictures didn't do it justice. We are definately going to use majestic towers again and wouldn't even think of renting through anyone else except Teresa for all our vacations.

Wonderful condo for large family such as ours. Everything was clean and up to date. My wife loved the way everything was decorated. This is our Majestic 3rd rental from Schulstadt Rentals and we have been 100% pleased with each stay. This unit is definitely our favorite though.
