Located in Tower 1 on the 16th floor, this unit features WIFI, Netflix movies and seasonal beach service (2 chairs and umbrella - Mar 1 - Oct 15). Unit includes a washer and dryer and sleeps six. Excellent experience!!! Highly recommend this room! The room was very clean and very organized. The people that run this rental company are very nice and helpful. Had a problem with wifi but turned out to be my ipad :) if u want a great room and excellent rental experience this is the right place!

My family stayed in this unit in March for spring break. The unit is nicely decorated and extremely clean. The weather was cooler than average so the Netflix movies and WiFi were great for the teenagers in our group. Be sure to wear the blue wristband everywhere when you stay at Majestic. The security guards do check for them all around the resort not just at the pool. We did not use the pools or hot tubs during our stay. But having the beach chairs included in the rental is wonderful! Not having to search for a place on the beach is great especially during the crowded spring break season. We have rented several units from Schulstadt Rentals and have been extremely pleased each time.

This was my family's first visit to PCB and we were in love from the moment we pulled onto the property. The Schulstadt's are an amazing group of people to work with. They were helpful from the first email on. The condo is so lovely. The view from the balcony is awe-inspiring. I enjoyed waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony while people watching and the kids loved waking up to see the dolphins and manta rays while eating breakfast.We seen a rainbow every day due to the offshore storms! We enjoyed unwinding after the long days with Netflix. Everything was so well organized and spacious.The towels and washcloths were so fluffy.The beds were a welcome sight after the long days. We really enjoyed using the air conditioned walkways to cross the street (get off on Level 3 to access them). We were there during the U.S.F.A Softball World Series and we waited for the elevator a few times but the waits weren't unbearably long.The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and spacious enough to accomodate a large group. The condo is located up the beach from Pineapple Willy's, Ripley's, and Wonderworks. You can see the last two from the balcony outside of the front door. We walked to them but underestimated the distance. It's down the beach from the Piers and Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this condo and the kids are already wanting to go back. ((P.S. Make sure to carry a flashlight and look for ghost crabs after dark. They are hard to see at first-if you want to see them ask any of the groups that are down on the beach laughing-but very fun to catch. The kids loved this activity))

The room was very spacious and well maintained. I couldn't have been happier. So close to the beach and the view from the balcony was breath taking. Also, the customer service was impeccable. I won't be staying anywhere else but here when I come to PCB in the future.

Schulstadt Rentals is and has always been the best. Both Linda and Teresa are very accommodating and pleasant to talk with. They will always meet your needs.
The only problem with this Unit is the bed has a terrible mattress. It does need replacing. Otherwise the unit was fantastic. -

We have stayed at the Majestic multiple times and I've got to tell you, renting with Schulstadt Rentals is like having a "home away from home." You can tell the minute you walk into the room that these folks care about your experience!
Specifically, this room was immaculate. We loved the bright beach colors and decor. Everything we needed was available in the room. I even made brunch for 8 one morning (we had friends and familiy visiting that also stayed at the Majestic).
From the fluffy white, white towels to the amazing view, everything was perfect! Having wireless service and Netflix is a definite plus.
Thank you again for an amzing week.
We'll see you in October.

I highly recommend this resort.The service I received was 5star. Security officers patrolled the beach and the resort. I felt very safe. Walmart, shopping centers, and restaurants were close by also. The condo was spacious and clean. I felt right at home. I plan on returning to this condo in the future.

Visited the Majestic Beach Resort the first of March.Had a wonderful stay! The resort and condo were excellently maintained and wonderful for our family of four. Heated indoor pools were nice. Wish the outdoor pools had been heated as well, as the weather wasn't quite nice enough to swim outside. Beach was beautiful and beach service worked great. Going during off peak season afforded us a great value. My kids can't wait to revisit!

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the amenities. Our view from the room was great we saw dolphins and a shark. The kids loved the pools and the beach. The condo was so nice and clean it fit our family perfect.

Had a wonderful vacation. Not only was the weather perfect so was our condo. It was very clean and cozy. Everything you could image needing this condo had it. I would have to say my favorite things was the pillows in the master bedroom. They were better than my on at home. We will for sure consider staying here again.

Our stay at he Majestic was great. The unit was very clean, well stocked, and the Schulstadts were amazingly helpful, an willing to talk to you at anytime with any questions or concerns. We will be back, and we will use Sculstadts rentals.
