Unit includes a full-size, side by side, washer and dryer and sleeps six. The living area has a 42" flat screen, DVD player and queen sleeper sofa with a 6" inner spring mattress. All I can say is, great service, outstanding..the condo was clean and beautiful. I would go back again in a heartbeat. The view from our terrace was beautiful, even though I didn't see any dolphin. Thanks for making my stay one to remember..

My mom had rented a condo from Schulstadt Rentals for my brother, his kids, and I to stay in for a couple of days in Panama City Beach, Florida. She received great service through email with the rental company. Teresa was in charge and I spoke with her on the phone a couple of times and she was very friendly and helpful. We had asked to extend our stay and it wasn't a problem. Teresa also texts, which in this day in age is very helpful! My brother and I loved the condo we rented. We were taking videos/pictures of the condo to show our friends and other family so we could one day come back. Our condo was located on the 21st floor and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the master bedroom (even though my brother stayed in it) with the huge window looking out over the ocean and not to mention the large master bathroom. The location of the condo was fantastic! It was within walking distance of many tourist places and stores. I loved how you could walk out the back of the resort right onto the beach and how you could reserve seats and umbrellas if desired. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Majestic Towers and would recommend their services to anyone. I look forward to staying with them again!

I must admit the condo was everything and more. The kids face was priceless when they saw the condo. Our view of the Gulf was amazing!! The amenities and cleaniness was great as well. I couldn't have stayed at a better place than in unit 2108. Last but not least, Teresa was pleasant from the booking all the way up to check-out. I will be using there condo again next year!! I can't say enough about the unit but it was pure relaxation for the whole family!!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! We went with our two children one is 7 months old and the other is 2 years old.It was great! The view was unbelievable and we were close to everything. We will definitely be back and will stay in the same condo number. Thank you for a great vacation!

Schulstadt Rentals make the booking process so easy. We love booking through them. They respond right away to any question you may have. The unit has the most luxerious accomodations by far of any we have rented before. We love the beach chairs and netflix included. The location is fantastic. Pools were always clean along with the property and beach. Cant wait to go back next year!

We have rented a few times before and have come back time and time again. It doesn't get any better than the towers. Just being able to go out the back door and dig my feet into the sand (yes even in November) and take a nice long relaxing walk with my husband is indescripeable. Its hard to say which unit we liked best, they have all been wonderful, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. We love going there so much we decided that one day when we retire we are moving to Florida, we reside in Ga, but for now we will just have to take our trips to Fl and stay with Schulstadt Realities at one of the towers, best vacation ever.

This was by far the best vacation that my family and I have ever been on. The unit was very clean, well stocked and felt like home. Location was great, seeing the beach front every morning and the evenings was very nice. Check in and out was a breeze, very nice and caring staff. Look forward to renting again for a long stay. I highly recommend staying at this unit and with this agency.

We really enjoyed our stay at Majestic Beach. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The layout was very private if you had two couples. Our only complaint was the couch was very uncomfortable- you really couldn't sit on it very long without getting sore. It was very convienent to the beach and it was really nice to have assigned beach chairs(didn't have to get up early to save a chair-it was there whenever we felt like it). The resteraunt/bar was good- we highly recommend the steak nachos! Overall we had a wonderful time.

This is one of the most amazing condo's we've stayed in. Clean, well equipped, spacious, great view too. We really enjoyed the master bedroom and bath. It was like being at home!
