We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Emarld Isle Resort in the Oceanfront Luxury Penthouse. It was indeed quite luxurious. The condo was very clean and well kept, and the view from the oversized balcony was incredible! The location seemed perfect to us, being just a short drive from Pier Park and several other popular restaurants.
What I loved most was how easy everything was. Planning the trip was made completely stress free, from the booking, to checking out at the end of the week. The owner is extremely accessible and accomadating. Everything you would ever want while at the beach is provided for you. The condo comes completely equipped with a washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, and even beach towels and beach toys! We would definitely reccommend this condo to anyone interested in vacationing in Panama City Beach, and will likely be planning another trip there for ourselves in the future. -

I've rented many place in Florida and this is my favorite! Beautifully decorated, well equipped, quiet, lovely view, huge balcony with comfortable chairs, easy access to pools and beach with fast elevators, a code instead of a key for access, assigned parking space, beach chair and umbrella service by the week, plus a cozy gym with a picture window of the view of the Gulf! The grocery store and fish market are close by, and Mike's, right across the street, serves wonderful seafood. What more could anyone want of a Florida vacation?

We had a great family vacation week in this wonderful condo. We found the condo immaculate, luxurious and super comfortable, just as it's described. The large top floor balcony offers a beautiful sunset every day as well as comfortable lounge chairs for reading or sunbathing. Although there were plenty of spring break college kids around, our beach was perfectly placed in the quiet end. We took nice long walks on the beach and there are lots of choices stores and restaurants within short driving distance (some in walking distance).
The condo also had all the nice amenities, appliances and a TV in every room. It was nice to catch up on movies on the occasional rainy afternoon. Check-in/check-out was super easy and Brigitte was really nice and helpful. The convenient owner's parking space also came with the condo.
All four of us (us and our two college girls) really enjoyed a super relaxing vacation. We had the best of both worlds - the comforts of home that are steps away from the ocean! -

We enjoyed a six week stay in this very nicely appointed condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo has everything you need and more. A short drive gets you to a variety of good places to eat, shop or to catch a movie.
The beach is great for walks - the water is a tad cool in the winter. The complex has a great pool and hot tub.
We appreciated the owners attention to detail and hospitality! A very efficient and well organized process too. -

The unit was exactly as promised. A penthouse condo ocean side in an excellent location on Panama City Beach FL. The unit was fully stocked with everything you might need. When the owner stocks the cabinets even with champaign glasses, you know they have thought about everything you'd need on a vacation. The unit has premium bedding and bath towels for that "exclusive" feel. During the stay, we had access to the owners level parking garage with a reserved space. This unit had a very large balcony overlooking the ocean that was a highlight of the stay. It was connected both to the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms were spacious and well furnished. We definitely plan to return to this rental.
The owner was very prompt in her replies to questions on rental and returning our deposit. Highly recommended owner and condo. -

We So enjoyed our vacation from the 23rd Floor Penthouse. The Views were magnificent and the condo equally as beautiful. It is always nice when the owners make themselves so readily available should the need arise. But with the condo in such wonderful condition, it becomes a moot point which is nice for everyone. We spent countless hours just enjoying the view and breeze from the beautiful balcony that seemed to just extend out over the ocean while still being 100% safe for the one year old who liked it as well. When we make a return trip to Panama City, we will have no more problems trying to decide where to stay. Thanks again

I rented this condo for a week in July for a family vacation and couldn't have been more pleased! Upon arrival, we were able to go directly to the room and not have to check in anywhere (such as a hotel). There were fresh flowers in a vase on the bar along with a nice note with a phone number should we need anything! The condo was super clean and up to date with the newest furnishings. Both beds were very comfortable and my daughter slept on the pull out sleeper sofa and said it was also very comfortable. The condo came with everything you would need for cooking, cleaning, ect... The absolute best part was the ocean front view from the private balcony! Very nice lounge chairs to enjoy the evening breeze. The condo also came with our own private parking spot that faced the ocean. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone as it is also very close to Pier Park! The owners were also super easy to deal with and corresponded through email well.

The location was great, the view incredible. This was a great place to watch the 4th of July fireworks! We loved the beach. In the room we found everything we needed to have an enjoyable vacation and we felt right at home.

Great condo with beautiful views. The owner was wonderful to work with. We emailed back and forth. Got our security deposit back promptly. The only thing that we wished we would of had were beach chairs with an umbrella and a table on the balcony for eating your meals. There were two rocking chairs and two lounge chairs. Otherwise there was everything you needed supplied for you in the condo. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Internet connection and cell phone reception were awful though. We also learned that other people staying at the Emerald Isle had paid alot less by going through the company that manages the complex.

This place is very clean and has the best view from the 23rd floor. It was very clean and has everything we needed. It was close to nice shopping and restaurants. We were worried about Spring Breakers but we were in the perfect spot. They were on the East end of the city. It was not crowded on the beach and we loved our stay. Would definitely recommend.

we stayed here for 4 nights in january during a 4 week vacation from england for a leisurely break after 2 hectic weeks in orlando with all of the family and were very pleased with the excellant decor, furnishings and views from this 23 rd floor aprtment - the balcony looked out onto the ocean and was well sheltered from the breezes. plenry of utensils, pots, pans and cleaning equipment were readily available in the kitchen. parking was easy on the first floor reserved space. across the road is mikes diner for good breakfasts as well as full meals in the evenings including those lovely oysters. only a few hundred yards along the street is the boars head restaurant where we had the best ever prime rib of beef - we liked it so much we went back there again for another one the next day. if ever we are back in pcb, we will certainly stay in this apartment again. it is a credit to mrs hurrell

I stayed here with my wife, daughter & son-in-law, and their 2 year-old son. Brigitte Harrell could not have been any easier to deal with and her unit was roomy and well furnished. The balcony was amazing! There was something here for everyone. This unit and the entire building in general were well maintained.

We had a wonderful time in Panama City visiting our daughter. The accomodations were elegant and comfortable. After a day on the beach or exploring the area we had everything we needed at the condo to enjoy our evening. This penthouse is a renters dream come true. It has the view (east and west), location (quiet west end), decor (beautifully and tastefully done), and this unit is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, if you want to cook. The owners were very gracious and accommodating.
