This property offers a great location away from the busier beaches of Destin, yet still close enough to stores and restaurants for shopping convenience. The house is very accommodating, and the view from the deck overlooking the beach is beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Our group of 6 enjoyed our time at the Sun 'N Surf, and would definitely recommend it to folks looking to relax and enjoy a laid back atmosphere. The only thing missing was a 3rd bathroom and a working can opener.

We loved the house. It was ON the beach, had great space, was VERY clean
and wonderful for our family with 2 small children.
We were VERY disappointed with the non-working grill, which was discovered
after a supermarket trip with plans of grilling all week. A call to Garrett said
the their handy man might be near, but no one stopped by, ever fixed it or
offered a solution.
We packed light since there was a washer and dryer. After ruining four pieces
of (new) clothing in the dryer, we realized there was a large rust spot and I
called Garrett again. There was no, "Sorry" or "can we replace the pieces
ruined?" Just, "There's nothing we can do."
The house was expensive and we felt we should not have had the two issues
OR had a good fix for both. -

Four of us stayed at the house and there was room for more. The house was well equipped (kitchen, bedrooms, & bathrooms) and was very comfortable. The back deck is very relaxing and has its own private stairs to the beach. The location is close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, & golf. We will most likely make this a once a year winter get away. Garrett Realty Services made check in & check out fast and easy and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Excellent experience in a week's stay at Sun 'n Surf. (We only wish there was a bathroom with the master bedroom.) The staff at Garrett is supurb!
