I love, love, love this place. I shared this experience with 4 other family members and we were impressed. My brother did manage to lock us out once and all it took was a telephone call and the code was changed before I could do him bodily harm. The view was to die for. Very close to pier park. We were there a week and I only wished there was a change of bed linen for that length of time. Other than that the place was clean, patio was clean, kitchen was clean. Will definately be back.

Our service was great here. We actually had everything we needed at this property. The location was great because of low volume traffic. The seenary was beautiful and relaxing. We were between our main attractions for short distant travel to where and what we wanted to do. Most of all this property was roomy, clean and had a very vacation like setting and feel. We will definitely be booking our next stay w you guys from now on.

The boathouse was very spacious and very well equipped. The rooms are very sizable, the patio was very comfortable, and the wooden floors really brings out the home. The flights of stairs to the second and third floors are somewhat of a challenge, but worth it. The negatives about the home involve the kitchen area. It needs to be fumigated. Ants occupied the kitchen table and the cabinet area on the third floor daily. The garage and one of the bathtubs could've also used some cleaning. The garage contained cobwebs. The next tenant must insist that the house is fumigated before staying there. Overall, the house is nice with kitchen areas connected with the first floor bedroom and the third floor.

I do apologize that you were greeted by some unwelcomed insects at your home. It is our goal to make sure that pest control is done routinely to prevent any insects or bugs from entering the home. Once you reported the concern of ants to us, we were able to have the pest control come and spray, which hopefully eliminated the problem. We will further discuss with our housekeeping team the cleanliness of the bathtub and also the garage for our future guests.

We have come to Panama for over 12 years and of all the places we've stayed I really think we all agreed this was the best. The house was beautiful and the location was great. The house was huge more then enough room for all of us we all played twister on the deck up top. Our whole family loved it. Thank You and we will be back.

I spoke with Deanna in your office this past Tues. and told her of our concerns. We cleaned up leaks for two days to keep the water from ruining the hardwood floors. The grill will so filthy we couldn't use it. Lastly, while workmen were in the condo to find the leaks, a $120 pair of brand new Niki Shocks tennis shoes disappeared. These new shoes belonged to my grandson. So far I've heard nothing back from your office. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. I know it is not your fault, but it certainly was not our fault.

We have been working with the owner to repair the roof leaks and we feel that we have figured out the issue so it will no longer be a problem. We apologize for the inconvenience of this. The owner of this unit is a contractor and sent his own crew out there to repair the leaks. This home is simply gorgeous! It met our every need! We enjoyed three huge beadrooms and three huge bathrooms with a half on level 3. My group ranged from ages 13-40ish. There were eight of us! The house is so big, that we were all able to be comfortable without being on top of each other. The home has a great location central to groceries, restaurants and shopping. The rental staff are very courteous and attentive! We will return!

The Home was simply Fantastic, All bedrooms were very spacious,and comfortable. The view from the balcony and tanning deck was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All other amenities ( kitchen, showers, dining room, etc were spectacular as well. Definately will stay here again!!

I must say, the pictures don't do this house any justice! It is simply beautiful! I didn't know what to expect, but I was praying that it looked liked the pictures. However, to my surprise, it was more spacious and better looking. My friends and I loved it! The house was clean and everything was extremely organized. The house is in a great location as well. If you are looking for a nice, contemporary home, in a great loacation, this is the place! We had a fabulous time!
