A two-minute walk to the Panama City Beach! Master bedroom has a balcony overlooking Thomas Drive. Shaded patio with a privacy fence encloses the courtyard.
Downstairs is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bath, laundry room, and front porch with outside shower. The view of the private beach is blocked by a few homes, but the beach is just steps away.
THIS IS NOT A BOXIE APARTMENT, IT IS A SECOND HOME! WE ARE TALKING APPROXIMATELY 1200 SQUARE FEET LOADED WITH EXTRAS, NOT STRIPPED DOWN FOR THE COLLEGE SET.

Home Away From Home was a roomy townhouse in a very convenient location. It is in easy walking distance to the beach, a mini fun park, restaurants, and shopping. The two bedroom townhouse had a kitchen you could easily carry groceries into. The kitchen had granite countertops. There was plenty of parking right at the front door. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Great house, we found it quite comfortable. the area is away from the main beaches so it is much more quiet. The yard is nice for your dog , however be aware that they have sega palms in the yard, these are deadly if your dog eats plants. Our overall stay was wonderful and we would rent it again, if the opportunity arises.

This 2 bedroom condo was exactly what we were looking for. We traveled with my in-laws and the space was just perfect for 4 adults. It's just a few blocks from the beach and right at the center of everything going on in PBC. We will def. be staying here again.

We had a great time. The home was basic, which was all we needed. He let us have our "other" family member, our pet, AJ. We wished there was a blender there and more glasses to drink with. There were 4 wine glasses and that was it. So we had to drink margeritas and such out of regular glasses. The beach was just across the street, so that was a plus. The teens could walk Thomas Dr. and go places without us so that was a plus for me. I loved the patio, it was covered and had a ceiling fan. The refigerator was very small though. We cooked every meal there but 3 so we bought a weeks worth of groceries and could hardly fit things in it. I still give it a rating of 8 out of 10.

We do not drink, but we did furnish the 4 wine glasses. Since this response came, we have added a blender and more glasses to the townhouse. The refrigerator is small, however, it is a small full sized refrigerator and not a compact.

It was everything you could hope! Very large, fantastic back yard, great location (make sure you go to the Pizza place across the road). The price is scary great for all that it offers. Can't wait to go back!!!
