Relax by your private pool (24X12) or enjoy a leisurely stroll through this small neighborhood community to the beach access approximately 200 yards away. House sits directly adjacent to Rosemary Beach, where you can walk to restaurants and shops. Special place for cooking and eating out at the picnic area downstairs. Parking for 3 cars. This is a great beach house. Not very big but very comfortable. This is the best value I have seen on 30a. The location is great (the walk to the beach is short and direct). The private pool is a huge plus too.

We had the opportunity to stay in this great property during a quiet time at the beach. It was perfect! The property is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities my family wants at the beach especially our own private pool!! Because it was quiet, it was as if we had our own private beach!
The property is situated in a great location...near to many great restaurants and shops, grocery stores. Easy access to Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Panama City. Will certainly return! -

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. The privacy of the beach and our own pool made for a very relaxing week. We will definitely return!
