This new (built in 2006) 3 story 2400 sq. ft home comes complete with its own private pool, full size laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, and wonderful decks overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You always get what you paid for and let me say; you will definitely get what you pay for with this lovely home. We just got back from spending two nights here and it was an awesome experience for us and the children. The children loved the pool and the fact that the beach was only steps away. The house comes equip with everything you would need on a wonderful vacation from the beach towels to the laundry detergent. Did I forget to mention that they even provided plastic utensils if you feel too tired to use real dishes to eat? Don't spend too much time packing and just book this home now! This owner gets a++ from my family and I. The owner was fast at replying and answering any questions that I had which was a super bonus. We will be planning on booking this home for any future trips to PCB!

Volunteer Villa is one of the most exciting vacation experiences my family and I have ever experienced! It is equipped with everthing you could imagine your family needs for a summer get away. Literally steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves while relaxing on the upstairs deck. I have definitely been spoiled!

We just love this place!! Excellent location, beautifully decorated (feels like home away from home), more privacy on beaches then other rentals, fully stocked kitchen ready to cook in, beautiful pool. The owners are great to deal with and have had nothing but a wonderful experience every year we rent here. We will of coarse be back next year too! This is a top notch rental!

If you are looking for a great vacation home in Panama City Beach - look no further. These owners have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The house is beautiful, the pool is outside your door and the beach is just steps away.

We have just finished our third stay at this house and every time we are pleased with attention to detail that the owners have put into their beach house. It's close proximity to the beach and the private pool are a definite plus!! We've stayed in over 7 homes at different beaches and The Martin's home is by far the best home we've found. All you need to do is pack your clothes & food because they furnish the rest! We will be heading back in 2013 for another stay!

We could not have picked a better house. The location, the clealiness of the house, the amenaties of the house where extraordinary. The pictures are exactly what you get, very bright and well decorated. Plenty of space for ten people to spread out. The pool was a life saver on the days the sea was a bit rough. Thanks for a wonderful time, we will be back.

Beautiful views, great location. Convenient to shops and restaurants, away from the craziness of Spring Breakers. Had an issue, called the maintenance number and he was there and fixed problem in less than 20 mind. I was very impressed. Felt like home.

This house is roomy, beautifully decorated and has every amenity imaginable! We enjoyed the quiet street, proximity to the beach and the private pool. The furnishings and wonderful linens provided a restful atmosphere. Watching the sun set from the third story balcony each evening was a perfect end to the day. This is truly a fabulous home!
