I had a totally positive expierience during my stay. Robin was cordial and great to work with. The place was nice and the gated community made us feel totally secure. I would stay there again.

My stay here was absolutely great! The price was reasonable and the rental property was like being at home. The rental was very nice and clean. The location was one of the best parts, located right behind Front St. with access to pretty much everything. The rental office was very nice, great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends as well as used them again.

My family visited for a world series softball tournament in July. The townhouse was perfect size and we loved the community. Several pools and a short walk to the beach. I had a great safe place to run in the morning and work out room. We were close to the ball field, beach, many restaurants and Pier Park. We would definately stay again!!!

I like the fact that this unit has two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom also has a small deck. It is equipped with most everything you need. The only problem is that you are a good ways from the beach (15 minute walk). Mixon properties were great to work with.

I called Mixon properties needing a last minute place to stay for my daughters softball tourney and Mike had this place available!! It was nothing fancy but it was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. And it was front door parking and inside a gated community. Mixon properties made our stay a breeze, Next time I need a place in P.C. I will be called him. This condo also was located close to everything :)

We really liked this home, there was plenty of space! We traveled there with 3 of our grandchildren and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The only thing we weren't real happy with was the distance to the beach, with 3 young children the walk was pretty long. But considering our grandchildren liked the pool better we were okay with the distance. We really liked that the pool was almost in out back yard. The pool was very clean and taken care of! the house itself was great, it had everything we could possibly need.

I had to rent a replacement unit when our unit was flooded from the next door unit. Robin was very helpful and found this available unit. The letter I received from the guests rated it as very good and they were thankful they did not have to move to a hotel room.
The guests were complimentary on how Robin handled the emergency change, she met them at the original unit and took them to the other unit. -

We really enjoyed out stay. The pool was close to the condo and it was a very quiet community close to the strip. We were there labor day and there was a small tropical storm in the gulf and we spend most of out time in the condo, but we had everything to make the best of it. I was very comfortable with a nice sitting area from the master bedroom and downstairs as well. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no wireless internet access. Other than that everything was great. I would recommend this townhouse to a friend visiting Panama City Beach.
