The condo was wonderful. There were 6 of us 2 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of room for everyone to scatter out. The pool was right outside the back door so that was really nice. There were alot of things to do right there in the complex. Although you could walk to the beach we were a little far away with all the stuff that we took with us so we just drove. The unit is close to everything we did not have to do much driving to get anywhere so that was really nice. Overall the unit was great very clean and roomy. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great time at the condo for our week long vacation. It was so nice to have to pool right behind our house. This house came with coolers, towels, gaming equipment and much more. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach so you would probably rather drive or rent a golf cart but other than that very nice and in the center of the strip so you are close to everything.

This property ws great. Eerie a sort walk from the beach, the kids how lots of room to play outside when where not at the beach. The free putt putt was great. We could take a few steps and be in a swimming pool. The townhouse was a prefect size for our group.

195 Kimberly/Mixon properties was a great vacation. We were emailed our gate code and door code prior to arrival, so we immediately went to our house. It was like walking in to our own home. Every ammenity was provided(toiletries, beach stuff, sports stuff). Home was spotless. Distance to the beach wasn't too bad. My husband and I would consider buying one of the townhomes in a few years when our kids are grown.

Amazing is all that can be said about our stay in PCB and 195 Kimberly Drive. The condo was great, neat, clean and so comfy. We had 8 people staying and everyove just loved it. The location was great, close to everything. The beach access was good, and the gated community rhe condo is in is very nice and well kept...couldn't ask for better! Over all we loved the condo, location and all the amenities... Great Vacation!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo!!!

The condo was more than we expected. For 3 travelers, we definitely got our monies worth. We were only there for the weekend but I could see where this condo would be great for a week stay at minimum in order to take advantage of the ammenities such as the pools, ETC. The location was not too far from all the main attractions but far enough away from the busy hustle and bustle. For families with kids it is nice to know you can allow your kids to enjoy their surroundings due to the gated entrance.
