This area is close to joan avenue which ties into hwy 98, getting you to anywhere within 5 minutes, to super walmart, Panama City, or pier park, gulf view from the balcony and just steps to the beach. Close to shopping, dining, activities (scooter rental, miniature golf etc.) Fall and Spring Season this home has two kitchen, has two separate units for smaller families and pets.

Our group of 14, 12 graduating high school seniors and 2 staff, stayed here for senior trip. I don't think the pictures do it justice. Living room, kitchen are much larger than expected, lots of bathrooms, steps from the beach. Convenient to Wal-Mart (1st stop on most trips) and amenities: Wonder Works, go-carts, bungee type drop, souvenir shops, gas station, and resaurants. Nice pool and patio for cook outs. One bedroom a little inconvenient as it serves for a pass through to back of house, other than that all positives.
