We checked in with ease. Staff were very nice. The unit we stayed in had many comforts of home. I would recommend a few more towels & wash cloths. That way occupants would not have to wash so often. The unit did have large washer & dryer, plenty of kitchen dishes, pots, pans & other convenient items. We stayed here for our daughters softball World Series. The location of the condo was the most disappointing for shoppers. Unless CVS & food stores are where you shop. The thing I liked most was the parking. Our space was close to elevators. That helped with loading & unloading. The water pressure & temp in the condo was another plus. The only thing I would suggest about the condo would be to have the aC check out. It never seemed to be cool enough at times.

The condo was great. Good locatio and not alot of people. Except for the rain we had a wonderful time. Panama city is crowded and needs a four lane road into and out of town. Would have never left condo grounds if it would not have rained. Once you bought your food there was no need to leave. Everything was there. Would go back.

My family and I vacationed in Carillon Beach for the first time. We have been vacationing in the Gulf for many years. This condo was ok, nothing exceptional, but for the price it was not bad. Being on the 7th floor we needed the elevators which worked some of the time. The location is an easy walk to beach and the pool was nice. The location of the grills was not convenient and there was not a good meeting place for our big group. We did not utilize the fitness room or tennis courts because you needed a key or the owners code and it was a pain. Overall, we had a great vacation, didn't dwell on average accommodations. We would go back to Carillon Beach but probably not to same condo.
