There was a rug on the floor by the couch that was very dirty. I rolled it up and put it in a corner. There were black hairs all over the bathroom floors that weren't cleaned up very well. Also the pull-out couch mattress was all ripped and had springs sticking up so my son had to sleep on the couch without it pulled out. They need to get a new couch or buy a new mattress!! But other than that the place was nice.

This was our 2nd visit to Pinnacle Port and we loved it! B3206 has the perfect kitchen! My brother's family stayed one floor above us and it worked out perfectly for us. My son-in-law is an MP in the army, stationed in afghanistan and he is coming home for R&R; next month. He & my daughter will also be staying at Pinnacle Port. We love Pinnacle Port!!!

This place is beautiful on the inside. It has been updated nicely and the kitchen is just beautiful. The location to the beach is second to none. It was great since we have small children and liked not having to walk far. The negatives were that the beds were terrible. I have never slept so poorly since I once slept on the floor some years ago. Additionally, this property was marketed for 4-6 guests with a fold out couch. When I went to fold out the couch, I sat on the end to try it out and the entire thing collapsed and I cut my leg. There is no way anyone could sleep on this bed. This thing needs to be replaced. If the beds in this place were updated, I would have given this five stars. I have stayed at other properties here before and they have been wonderful. I am sad to say we won't be back to this particular unit unless the beds are replaced.

Fantastic furnishings in unit. Beaches are uncrowded and very relaxing. Pinnacle Port personnel are friendly and helpful. My family has been to Pinnacle port many times and as soon as I turn in the keys I'm planning the next trip to Pinnacle Port!

Unit has been completeley renovated. Modern touches throughout. Granite, Tile, Furniture, you name it. Kitchen was stocked better than my home! You can tell the owners took pride in this renovation. Nothing half done. The Walk In shower with the tile and rain showerhead was a very nice surprise. Very comfortable for 2 - 4 people. If I visit Pinnacle Port again, this unit will be my pick. My only suggestion would be to put a larger tv in the living room, the flat screens are nice, just not as large as I am used to. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great condo. Really enjoyed beach. Plan to visit again and hope this same condo is available. Great layout with big kitchen and breakfast bar. View of gulf from both lr and master bed. Very nice. Definitely recommend.

Great job with the renovations! Kitchen is a dream. Georgous bathrooms, comfortable and attractive furnishings, very nice balcony, great view. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definately be back. Looking forward to next year!
