Description
These are the reasons why you would enjoy this peach house:
1. Perfect location;
It is located on Surf Drive, the quiet residential / recreational section of Panama City Beach, and yet very close to many hot spots. It is within walking distance of Club La Vela & Spinnaker Beach Club, as well as some bars and restaurants. You can have all fun when you want to, while you can easily retreat to the quiet private house when you want to rest or relax.
2. Steps away from Beach:
The beach access is right in front of the house. You can wear swimming suits and walk a few steps to get to the best beach to enjoy the crystal water or sunbath, You can go back to the house for a drink or use bathroom any moment you would like to. This section of the beach is never as crowded as other parts clustered with big hotels and condos.
3. Adequate bed rooms:
This two story, 4 bedroom /3 bathroom plus bonus room house can accommodate up to 12 persons. The first level has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a nice beach scenery mural. The bonus area with bunk beds is just outside the master bedroom. The downstairs bathroom is in the hallway. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (one queen-size bed, one full-size bed and two twin beds) and two queen size Sofa beds in each of the living area. The second floor has two bathrooms.
4. Spacious living area for socializing:
On first floor, the fully equipped open kitchen has a separate breakfast and dining area as well as a cozy living area with a 40'' TV. Additionally, a well furnished bar room adjacent to kitchen provides extra room for socializing or group get together. The dry bar is equipped with a stylish wine cabinet with all kinds of glasses and bar-tending utensils. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. There is designated outdoor smoking /sitting area outside the bar room . On second floor, there is a huge living area with a 52'' LED TV. Outside the living area, there is a spacious balcony with a partial ocean view.
5. Generous courtesies from owner:
Free wireless (Wi-Fi) High-Speed Internet Access, a desk-top Computer with cable internet connection, washer/dryer, charcoal BBQ grills, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Pretty large parking space.
