Having stayed in homes in the community of Rosemary Beach several times, I had the same expectations for this one as I did for the previous homes.
At first glance from the door everything appeared neat and tidy, until I actually walked in. The floors were filthy with spots of sticky substance through out the whole flat. When I lost a sock under my kid's bed I was afraid to retrieve it for the filth I saw there. The same was seen under the mater bed as well as the sofa in the living room. There was mold in the m/bath shower as well. I could go on but I think you get the idea.
As for the rest of the flat, the toaster in the kitchen was broken. We had to remove one of the kitchen chairs in fear of someone actually sitting on it and breaking their necks due to the fact that it was badly broken. The bench/stool in the m/bath was broken as well with the cushion seat coming straight off if moved even slightly. There was a burn stain on the m/bath counter. The door on the m/bedroom as well as the closets couldn't close.
On top of all these things the back door was left unlocked when we got there, potentially inviting disaster that could have been blamed on us.
Ultimatly, this flat felt like a glorified hotel room. I had higher expectations for this home considering it's location and the cost to rent it.
I would not recommend renting this home unless some changes were made, starting with it being cleaned...not straightened up, actually cleaning it.
In having said all that, I still recommend Rosemary Beach as a vacation destination. My family and I had a wonderful time at the beach and the pools. I love the area and will certainly come back next year. Just not this flat.

Great unit overlooking the St Augustine green. Only problem was the key pad malfunctioned a couple of times.
