Arcadia 6 accommodates up to 8; with a queen master suite, 2 twin bedroom on first floor, queen bedroom & queen sofa sleeper on second floor. The spacious living/kitchen area is on the second floor.Conveniently located to community pool & bike trails for the family outings and the beach access is just a short walk across 30A. Enjoy dining, shopping & events in nearby communities of Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach.* Two (2) designated parking spaces.* Sorry, no pets allowed.

The first time we stayed in this duplex (#6) was an awsome time for the two couples staying. We had plenty of bedrooms (3) for us all with an extra bedroom in case we wanted up to 8 people to travel with us, three full bathrooms as well. The property was a modernly furnished property, not out dated at all like alot of the places for rent. There was also a completely furnished kitchen for our special dinners. The beach was directly across the street behind the condos in front of us with a walkway specifically for our use to acces our private piece of beach. Check out this place if your planning a trip im telling you. They have two units available. We have stayed in both sides (stayed in #5 our second trip last year) and will be returning to stay again this summer (2012) .. Reservations made!!

We had a wonderful time at Arcadia. The house was spotless and spacious. Though it sleeps eight, there were only two of us. It would be fine for a larger group though, with a bathroom directly attached to each bedroom. Of the 3 baths, one on each floor has a door to the hall for public access. The floorplan is nice and open for family time, and the deck has partial views of the ocean. The only thing I could possibly see as a potential problem is that it would be a noisy layout for a larger group. With the layout and the tile floors, the sound really carries in Arcadia. The pool was great and very clean, and we were just steps for two beach access points. We visited early in October, and it was in the low 90's/hight 80's.

This home is very nice and comfortable. Very convenient to the beach across the street. Not far to walk at all---which is one reason we chose it !! Nice pool for the kiddos too !
