In order to book an apartment it is required that you make a payment of 50% of the total + a security deposit of $500.00, which is not included in the total rent,. This deposit will be returned to you after the home inspection upon your departure.
There are four ways to proceed to make the payment.
1. Credit card (Visa/MasterCard):
Pay 70% of the total amount of nights that will be booked at the property and the $500.00 deposit that is returned to you after the apartment is inspected upon departure. This must be done at least 15 days before entrance to the apartment.
2. Bank transfer:
Pay at least 50% of total + security deposit by bank transfer to the account below at least10 days before the entrance to the apartment.

3. Western Union:
Pay 50% of total amount + deposit, You must e-mail us with approval number, full name of sender, and senderΒ΄s country in order for us to be able to recieve it. This can be done no less than 5 days before the entrance to the apartment.

4. In-person payment:
In case you are in Panama, you can call for an appointment at our office to make a payment.
We are located at Calle 50, Vistamar PH 5-A (in front of Hotel RIU PLAZA)
On the day of entry the other 50% and all remaining balances must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Once we have the transfer, we immediately lock the system which controls the apartment listings so that the apartment is reserved for you. Automatically you will receive your confirmation e-mail for the reservation along with a receipt which guarantees you have a successful reservation.
Please remember that in order to guarantee that the reservation has been confirmed we require payment through one of the methods listed above.
