To book you require making a payment of 50% of the total + a security deposit of $500.00, which is not included in the total rent, this deposit will be returned to you after the home inspection upon your departure.
There are four ways to proceed to make the payment.
1. With a credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
Pay 70% of the total amount of nights to be booked at the property and the $500.00 deposit that is returned after the apartment is inspected upon departure.
2. 10 days or more before the entrance to the apartment
Pay at least 50% of total + security deposit by bank transfer to the account

Remember that transfers are priced at $ 40.00 which runs on its own.
3. 5 days or less of the entrance to the apartment by Western Union
Name Schwartz Ernesto Solis, Cedula No 3-44-997.
50% of total amount + deposit, mail us with approval number, full name of who did it and from what country was sent from to be able to recieve it.
4. In Person Payment
In case you are in Panama, you can call for an appointment at our offices for payment.
We are located at Calle 50, Vistamar PH 5-A, in front of Hotel RIU PLAZA.
The other 50% the day of entry and all remaining balances must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Once we have the transfer, immediately we lock the drive (the apartment) which has been reserved for you. And automatically you will receive your confirmation email for the reservation requested. along with a receipt which guarantees you have a successful and approved reservation.
Remember, to guarantee the reservation we require to receive the payment.
