Spacious, well equipped, very clean, exactly as described by the owner (who was also very friendly and helpful, as was his son who greeted us on arrival). Good value for money and would definitely recommend it. Ramon obviously responds to reviews as there was an ample supply of toilet rolls, detergent and soap. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Bueno recién me doy un tiempo, para comentar, sobre el alquiler de Vacaciones en The Palm condominio en cuidad de Panama, fui con mi esposa, hija de 4 años, padres de mi esposa, mi madre y un sobrino adolescente, la pasamos genial, el departamento recontra confortable, con todos los servicios necesarios, las habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado, la ubicación buena en zona residencial, el único problema que teníamos era conseguir taxis para donde queríamos ir, al final conocimos una amigo con una van ó combi que nos trasportaba a todos de una sola, pasemos por todo Panamá estuvimos noches, la psamos muy bien, el arrendatario una persona muy amable y servicial.

Great place, good location once you figure out the one way streets. The swimming pool is small but nice. The hot tube wasn't working during our stay.
The kitchen and living room are huge so it's great for families. I would recommend this condo for families or larger groups of travelers, especially if you're looking to hang out on the premise and cook. -

Stayed 4 days 3 nights. The manager/host Ramon was very helpful and attentive. He was very accommodating with check in and check out times. Great location and extremely spacious. Plenty of furniture to host guests. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A lot of nice restaurants within walking distance plus the drug store and cell phone store within 1 block. Only thing I would say is that it doesn't include toilet paper, detergent, soap, but easy to get at nearby local drug store.

Lot's of room in this 3 bedroom condo. Bedrooms are pretty typical size with queen/double beds. Living area and dining area are sizeable which is nice to spread out. Full kitchen has all utensils and dishes to allow fully cooked meals. Location is a short cab ride from most tourist spots and in a safe neighborhood. Even better, the building has a 24-hour guard and electronic card key entry. The only downside? Not much of a view and be prepared to pay both the rental and deposit in cash in advance. (Most of Panama seemed to want cash in advance so this isn't unusual.) Enjoyed the stay and was a better option than getting two hotel rooms for my family.
