The apartment building faces the Panama bay so the views are amazing the neighborhood is super safe and great for strolling and business.

  It was a pleasure dealing directly with the owner, Patrick in making the reservation. I tried working with other listed condos and apartments and ran into problems with property managers not returning emails, no follow up, lack of communications and them requesting for financial and personal information I wasn't comfortable in providing.
  
  The apartment is located in the Calle Uruguay area on the 36th flr of a 45 story building called the Vista Del Mar. The first six floors are part of the Le Meriden Hotel. There is a 24 hour Security person at the Front Desk Lobby which is a good feeling to keep the family safe. We were traveling with a group of 5. The two bedrooms, the sofa bed, plus a queen size air mattress worked well with two bathrooms that helped tremendously to avoid over crowding for limited resources. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment allowed us to do laundry at our convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals when we wanted to and being close to the Riba Smith Supermercado a 10 minute walk away was easy to get to. There are plenty of restaurants and clubs to choose from in the area. We used taxis to get around the city rather than renting a car. On the 44th flr is the public social area, pool and jacuzzi with fantastic views of Panama City. The 45th flr has the Recreation Room and Weight Room.
  
  The only part of the vacation rental process that could be improved upon is the customer service from Patrick's representative. Because he was out of town when we were there, I had to work with someone else during our stay. She wasn't very responsive to emails or voice mails about the Issues and questions that I brought to her attention a few times which were never resolved during our stay.
