The villa Belle Epoque is located on the north-west of Tahiti Island, in the city of Pirae, which is only 10 minutes away by car from downtown Papeete, the capital city.
In the heart of a tropical garden of 32 300 sq.ft., this Authentic Polynesian residence, decorated with elegance and charm, is the right place to vacation in family, in groups or with friends.
The villa has wide open living rooms and a very large oceanfront garden with a fare pote'e (pavilion). This is a real peace haven at the gates of the most dynamic and commercial area of Tahiti.

Left on 12/19/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We rented this place for a month, the villa sits in the best spot of Papeete, quiet, with its own private pontoon, but close to the city. We needed 5 bedrooms and were a bit disappointed because 2 of them are under the metal roof and get to 45°c !!! So we had to move downstairs. The house is really a stunning place, perfect for weddings or big parties, with its fantastic garden by the sea. Depending on the recent rains (and how much trash is taken from the mountain by the river) you can go for a nice swim. If it is not possible you will get at least one of the best sunsets in Tahiti. Hope the prices will get more reasonnable though.
