The villa overlooks the large shared pool, which is positioned directly outside the patio doors, making it particularly suitable for families with children, and is for the exclusive use of the residents and their guests.

We had a lovely fortnight in this villa, which is within walking distance of the Paphos beachfront. It has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), the beds are v comfortable, and the linen plentiful and clean. It is lovely to be able to step out of your balcony and into the pool, which was never crowded, very clean, and beautifully warm. My daughter (11) quite often found friends to play with from other villas, and she would have happily stayed in the pool all day! I will definitely stay here again - the owner is very friendly and efficient, and the villa has everything a family needs.

A lovely quiet and relaxing complex away from the hustle and bustle, but easy walking distance from the bars, restaurants and nightlife. There was a convenience store and restaurant a 2 minute walk away which was so handy. The owner arranged a taxi which collected us from the airport and took us straight to the villa, so there was no hanging around at the airport. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we will definitely be booking this villa again.

A superb, very well equipped villa in a perfect location. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach, so we didn't need to hire a car. Lovely swimming pool just a few steps away which was ideal for our two children as we could watch them whilst we sat on the patio. Overall a very enjoyable holiday and we couldn't have asked for any more.
