Description
Ideally located in the heart of Paphos Zeus Gardens is a stylish two-bedroom Mediterranean inspired villa (sleeping up to six) on a small, friendly complex of only 19 properties. Only a 10-15 minute pleasant level stroll down to the seafront with its abundance of restaurants, bars, tavernas and shops, you can choose to chill in one of the delightful seafront cafes, carry on to the harbour with its fort, fishing and boat trips or turn left or right to choose one of the pretty blue flag sandy coves for a chill out day at the beach. Should you feel lazy (after all you are on holiday!) there are a couple of shops and a taverna just round the corner. From here you can even catch a bus down to the front.
Take a swim in the beautiful swimming pool and then relax on your private terrace just a few steps away and enjoy breakfast or relax with a book – it’s easy to keep an eye on the swimming pool should you need to. There is a local cafe and shops just round the corner for all day-to-day needs and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars all the way down to the seafront. Should you be missing the shops the Kings Shopping Mall is just a few minutes walk away!
Peace and tranquillity abound at Zeus Gardens and the property has cool tiled floors and large, light rooms with high ceilings. With the benefit of huge floor to ceiling wardrobes with plenty of hanging and drawer space (to easily store all your holiday luggage) the bedrooms have large comfortable beds (kingsize in the master and large singles in the twin) and both have spacious balconies, complete with table and chairs, so whether front or rear you can always catch the sun (or shade!) at any time of the day. There is a well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops and the villa has good quality furnishings and includes such things as washing machine, microwave, huge fridge, hairdryer, beach towels, picnic ware, games and books and even buckets and spades! There is a bath (sometimes missing on holiday) and the overhead shower has just the right pressure. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with further toilet and sink to alleviate the problem of your beloved hogging the bathroom! With optional air conditioning (bedrooms), Wi Fi and TV (huge number of channels and catch up) the price can be kept down if you don't require these (there are efficient ceiling fans in all living areas after all) but add them for a small charge if you feel they are necessary for your comfort.
Outside there is a small private garden area and the terrace, which overlooks the pool, has a large table and chairs for al fresco dining. Four private sunbeds are provided for use around the pool and for sitting out in the evening with that well earned glass of wine you have a choice of either of the balconies or the terrace!
Every convenience has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
Everything can be reached easily on foot so a car really isn't necessary unless you wish to travel further afield – if so we can recommend a lovely local and friendly family-run car hire company. We can also arrange airport transfers, welcome packs and linen changes (if required) and where possible we are happy to be flexible with arrival and departure days and times (as long as bookings aren’t back to back) - so that your holiday can be arranged around you...not the other way round.
Zeus Gardens is a perfect base to enjoy the beautiful island of Cyprus - come and visit soon!
