HOUSE RULES:

First of all... WELCOME to My Condo unit. Please take note of the following;-Check in 2pm, Check out 12noon any adjustments depends on availability.

-Linens and towels are all provided - will be checked upon check out.

-Need a copy of passport/valid ID upon arrival for verification. Complete details regarding the property location, how to get there and house manual will be provided once booking is confirmed.

-No cleaning charges upon booking so please practice "CLEAN AS YOU GO".

-Parking is also available for a minimal fee of Php150 = $3.5USD per day or Php3,000 = $70USD for 1month parking.

-Hanging of clothes in the balcony railings is not allowed, that's the condo policy. Please use the folded hanger provided in the balcony.

-NO SMOKING inside the room (only allowed in the balcony)

-NO parties

-NO pets

-NO more than the number of people as agreed

-NO visitors unless agreed beforehand, with list provided

-NO noise late at night

-NO illegal stuff

-NO disturbances or nuisances with neighbours

-NO rowdy or noisy behaviour

-NO leaving of unit main door open

Please take note of the following before leaving the unit.

1.PLEASE TURN OFF THE AIRCON

2.ENSURE TO PROPERLY LOCK THE MAIN DOOR

“The place is nice and clean but it's too small.”

Location is good for me since I don't drive. Its a walking distance to the SM Mall but the place is way too small than I expected.
