The comforable, luxury vacation house in Paraty, Brazil is located in the national park "Serra da Bocaina" in the middle of the rain forest "Mata Atlantica" with his magic nature. The house offers a private and peaceful atmosphere. The welcoming house is near a small mountain river that offers bath opportunities and a wonderful and encredible panorama view (one of the most beauty in Paraty) to the surrounded mountains, the coast and the ocean.

You are invited to swim in our huge swimming-pool, enjoy the panoramo or just relax by drinking a cool tropical fruit juice or a caipirinha. A bar and a whirlpool is integrated part of the swimmin...g pool.

The holiday house in Paraty offers plenty space with its 64 qm living room and the integrated american citchen. Also the house is offering a separated 2. kitchen.

In the living room there is an professional sound system with mixer, 1 Terabyte Multimedia Hard disc and the opportunity to have sound inside and outside at the pool and garden area . The house is equipped with 9 split air-conditions.

There is a second living-room which is used as a home theater. Equipped with 42 “ LCD screen with digital Pay-TV and sound system with 6 channels.

It can be transformed in a sleeping room with 2 double beds and private bathroom.

Although the house has 5 bedrooms. All of them have a private bathroom and television. 3 of them have a whirlpool. Each bedroom has double beds, and 4 of the bedrooms have additional sleeping-couch.   Well we have stayed at lot places in our last 2 years of travels, most have been OK.
  We usually are a little disappointed that photos we are presented are out-dated and we tend to feel that we were duped a little. Not the case here! When we arrived we were greeted by the owner, who took us on a complete tour of the entire house, showing us how to utilize all the appliances and electronics. Although the trek up the mountain was a little hair-raising on a damp day the view at the top was incredible. We felt like we were in paradise.
  
  Needless to say with an outdoor sound system large pool and a crowd of 12 we had a wonderful time in the mountains. The only inconvenience we experienced was when a branch fell off a tree and took our power out one night. The next morning the owner started up a generator so we could continue the experience until the repair crew arrived.
  
  The owners live up the hill a little ways but they left us to our privacy, had to convince Holgar to stay for a bit to have a couple of beers. He is very sociable and speaks fluent German, Portuguese and English.
  
  Thanks for the wonderful hospitality I highly recommend a visit and I hope to get back there again, as I have another year left in Brazil

  A casa é perfeita, as acomodações são excelentes. A estrada é muito ruim! Três carros quebraram. Creio que um bom investimento precisaria ser feito! É uma pena, pois caso a estrada fosse boa eu estaria sempre lá!

  Luxury paradise in the nature

  We arrived at night with our rented car after passing over an unpaved road ( 3km). On the way you don`t expect such a beautiful luxury house. The moment we walked through the entrance glass doors, and after all the oohs and ahhs, we all grabbed our respective cameras and began making permanent the beauty of the indoors and the grandeur of the outdoors. Upon arriving, the place was extremely clean, and everything looked exactly the same as it they did in the pictures. The view was still much more spectacular as on the photos. Unbelievable and fantastic. On one side of the large property, a lazy river spills gently across the nature. On the sides are the mountains and in front the bay with the ocean. You are in the middle of the nature and there is no other house to see. Fantastic location combined with casual elegance makes this house a great retreat to experience! And the historic center of Paraty is just 20 minutes by car with many restaurants, discotheques, boating activities, historic sights & shops to keep you busy all day. Not to forget the beautiful beaches around. The spaced-out living-room, dining room, is combined with the open kitchen with glass opening to the pool and backyard. Made for great hangout spots during our down time. There is even a big music system which allows you to enjoy music by the pool or inside of the house. In fact the place is even better than described! The interior is tastefully and elegantly furnished for a large family or groups, the living room with a stylish glass dining room table with 12 chairs. The closets were abundantly stocked with miscellaneous kitchen necessities all the bedrooms were beautifully and comfortably furnished. 3 of the 6 bathrooms have whirlpools. The pool was an afternoon treasure and had even a bar with a palm tree in the middle.
  This is an ideal spot to refresh, recharge, and renew your bond with nature;
  It`s a spectacular location and we can highly recommend this vacation home.
