This lovely and spacious villa is perched on a small cliff right on the sea above a secluded beach and offers glorious sea and sunset views from the large open front yard right on the seaside with stone steps leading down to direct access to the sea. Not only is the house ideally set in a tranquil sea side setting, it's also located within a short walk of several fine beaches and just 10 minute walk to all the amenities, restaurants, cafes, shops of Paroikia. EXTERIOR: In front of the house, in the yard right along the seaside, there is a covered outdoor dining area patio and a front sitting, lounging area for savoring the splendid seaviews.... An ideal spot for gazing out at the ink-blue Aegean Sea under the shade of several tamarisk trees whilst being just steps from a private swimming cove. INTERIOR: 3 bdrms/1 1/2 baths, sleeps up to 6 adults + 2 children. The villa is spacious and airy with a delightful combination of classic Cycladic style, including high ceilings, whitewashed walls and several stone archways. The house is lovingly decorated and includes many fine antique and classical Greek pieces throughout. The front entrance opens on to the large open plan living room with library and sitting areas. A few steps up lead to the dining room with an open archway to the living area and the fully-equipped kitchen with separate pantry and laundry room. From the dining room french doors lead outside to an open colonnade and sprawling interior courtyard with outdoor sitting and dining areas. From the open arcade a door opens to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Further down the arcade a door opens onto 1 double bedroom with sink as well as a 1/2 bath with WC and sink. Across the interior courtyard is a large airy studio with 1 double bed and 2 single beds (ideal for a couple with small children).
