St. Louis, MissouriWonderful Location and Service
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in March 2013
This apartment is in a great neighborhood. We found two friendly bakeries and a chocolatier just down the street. The famous Rue Cler (of Julia Childs) is an easy walk. We shopped there each day and made dinner in the small but clean and well equipped kitchen in the evenings. Bus line to Bon Marche is just outside your door; bus line for the 69 to all the museums is just around the corner--or the metro is a quick walk down to L'Ecole Militaire. Go to Rue Cler and stock up with flowers and tea from L'Epicerie Fine your first day and you will feel like a true Parisien in no time at all! The bathrooms in this apartment are very nice by European standards. Enjoy the Eiffel Tower from the balcony with its light show each night!

Richebourg is a wonderful 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment with a great balcony and views of the Tour Eiffel. I recently stayed in Richebourg for 1 week with my wife and 2 other couples. Our Paris vacation was outstanding- due in large part to our accomodations at Richebourg.

Carlsbad, CAAbsolutely lovely way to stay in Paris
Left on 09/22/2012 for a stay in August 2012
From booking to check out everything was handled perfectly at Paris Perfect apartments. We had to corrdinate 13 family members for a 50th anniversary trip in august for 2 glorious weeks. Paris Perfect guided us to Richebourg and Bergerac apartments (only 4 blocks from each other) They were both beautiful, with views of the Eiffel Tower...does it get any better then that? The furnishing were lovely and even better--the beds were comfortable! We had everything we needed during our stay. The extras we did need, i.e. restaurants, tours, concierge and transportation to and from CDG we also found through Paris Perfect. If you are wanting to plan a seamless trip to Paris, especially if its your first time...use Paris Perfect and stay in Richbourg or Bergerac.

This is a great rental. Sam was our greeter and did a fantastic job orienting us to the apartment and things to do about the city. The apartment was well appointed, had a great location and everything was in working order. Views were spectacular, location was super convenient, and the neighborhood was super-safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Toledo, OhioNice home base for our Paris trip
Left on 07/28/2011 for a stay in June 2011
Pros:
1. Wonderful location in a charming neighborhood within easy walking distance to metro/bus lines, restaurants, and shopping
2. Appreciated the packet of information which accompanied the reservation...lots of good tips for dining, etc. within the neighborhood
3. Comfortable accomodations for a family of 6 with updated bathrooms and modern kitchen
4. Lovely view of the Eiffel Tower from the windows/small balcony
5. Appreciated the portable a/C units. It would have been very uncomfortable sleeping without them.
Cons/Other considerations:
1. 6th floor location has pros and cons. There is an elevator, but it is very small and somewhat slowl, so loading/unloading luggage and coming/going can take some time.
2. The apartment is nicely decorated, but it is in need of a little sprucing up in the carpet and paint department.
3. The bathroom layout is as follows: one toilet/small sink upstairs, one full bath downstairs (tub, shower, and toilet, plus 2 sinks), and one bath with shower/sink only (no toilet) downstairs.
4. Though the area was very quiet for most of our stay (and we did our part to be quiet guests), we had problems with noise from a neighboring apartment our last two nights (loud music, yelling, partying in the middle of the night...4 am...necessitating some of our group moving upstairs to sleep on the couches) and weren't sure what to do about it since there is no after-hours contact for the apartment. We were surprised by this since we were told this was a very quiet area and that Parisians were serious about keeping their noise down. Certainly no fault of Paris Perfect, but it was a problem. -
Celebrating at ParisPerfect Richebourg Apartment
Southern CaliforniaParisPerfect Staff makes it all so easy from start to finish
Left on 03/30/2011 for a stay in January 2011
Our family has been to Paris several times and stayed in other apartments but this was a first ParisPerfect apartment we stayed in...their name says it all, "Paris Perfect"!
ParisPerfect makes it all very easy for your arrival, someone to greet you at the apartment, booklet for you to go over at your leisure as to what's what in the area/apartment.
We were celebrating a family birthday, two families, one with girls, 2 & 5 and one without and the grandmother. We did not use the sofas for sleeping as the 2 year old was in a Pac n Play. 5 adults & 2 little girls were perfect for this apartment.
We did take our shoes off as requested by ParisPerfect, hardwood floors, the girls were quiet. The living space was bright and cheery. Pictures of the apartment made it look larger, for me that is, but knowing it is a 1000 square feet you realize the size.. We used the washer/dryer only once for towels, We did suggest to ParisPerfect that extra towels be left in the closets so one wouldn't have to do them Seeing the Eiffel Tower from the apartment in Jan/Feb. is a stretch, one must go the window and press your face against it. The rest of the year you would enjoy sitting outdoors with a glass of champagne on the little balcony for sure!
Ice skating at the Eiffel Tower was quite fun, even the 2 year old could skate holding onto a wooden Penguin pushcart. The park was just two blocks away, the girls loved it! Rue Cler practically around the corner with the open markets, shops and restaurants made for lovely strolls. We did our marketing there, quite often stopped for a coffee, and enjoyed several of the restaurants. Best bakeries too!! Really, you can't go wrong, we loved the apartment and location! The bus/metro so close, be sure to take Bus 69 as it is a great sightseeing tour of Paris.
A beautiful neighborhood, even in winter, close to sights you will want to visit. Thank you Paris Perfect for a most memorable 10 days! -

"We had planned to stay in Paris for 14 days and upon arriving at the apartment I wish we could have stayed for a lot longer. The apartment was just how it looked on the website and did not disapoint in any way. We were approx 5 - 10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower and the same for the metro station. There were wonderful places to eat, shop and fresh food nearby. I would highly recommend using Paris Perfect to any of my family and friends."

Left on 06/27/2010 for a stay in June 2010
We had a fantastic time in Paris and in the Richbourgh apartment. All 6 of us had a really nice time and really enjoyed the location and the space. We decided to have all of our meals in the area and worked off of your recommendation list ... we loved all the choices ... the top was the duck restaurant!!! We hope to visit Paris again in the not too distant future! We usually stay in hotels but we are now sold on doing apartments w/ Paris Perfect for future stays.

The apartment was lovely. The living areas good and the kitchen was small
but well equipped. The eiffel tower views were not however really views unless
you squeezed up against the window and looked sharp right. This is
something that should be adjusted on your website as people may be very
disappointed when they realise that the tower cannot be seen from the lounge
and bedrooms as suggested. The area is great and we would definitely rent in
the 7th again. The information provided in the apartment was, as always with
paris Perfect very helpful and thorough. -

“Hi to you all (Team members of Paris Perfect),
I hope you all are well. For me,I just came back from six weeks holiday around the globe and now back to reality of working.Everbody at work naturally want to know how was my holiday and highlights and recomendation and I was very pleased to say Paris was my highlights of all.
Firstly I was never been pleased with the apartment that I organised(Richebourg) for all our family's get together. the experience was brillant, the location was perfect and exceed all my expectations of what you have offered me online.I can sympatised to those with all the horrible news that they arrived to the destination and the place that they rent is not how they expected. When we first arrived my first impression was "Oh this place is abit small(Since I came from a land of plenty space) but so beautiful" but after I took a good look ,I started to appreciate the space that I had.
Secondly,I was the one who organising all those for my sister's 40th birthday as a gift trip to Paris so she and her family was over the moon when they arrived to Paris with this wonderful place to stay so close to the Eiffle Tower.Since her family was four people including 2 kids and three of us from Australia the place was lightenup in no time. Thanks to digital age we took plenty of photos too which I'll post in the guestbook later.
We can able to chillout in the evening with cheese & champagne before heading out to Le Champ de Mars for dinner and having able to spend maxium time with my nephews was priceless.
Lastly,I was very pleased with myself is that my studying of French language was paidoff when people understand what I talked and I understand when they explained to me what I asked for. So definetly I will be visiting to France again. And I promised to write on your Guestbook too when I have abit more spare time when the dust settle, you know what I mean.
Thank you all again for organising the Perfect place in Paris and you all must beResponse from Paris Perfect - 02/09/2010

What an amazing experience. The Paris Perfect team took care of all the
details that typically would send me spinning. The apartment location was
second to none and our neighborhood was wonderful. We try to immerse
ourselves in a new place and Richebourg was the perfect place in which to do
just that. The suggested shops, restaurants, etc made blending in easy. PP
even thought of the shopping cart! It was hard to leave our home away from
home, but the memories our family made will last forever. Our four year old
keeps asking when we are going home to Paris. Sigh. Thanks for the TLC. A
bientot!

Amarillo, TXSurprise Trip
Left on 08/10/2009 for a stay in June 2009
Surprise, Surprise. Little did we know that we were going to be back in Paris so soon. My parents decided this was a nice anniversary trip that they would share with us.
The beautiful Richebourg is right next door to the Pinot where we stayed so recently, so we did know the neighborhood. We could show it off a bit to my parents.
I think they enjoyed the closeness of the Parc with the Eiffel Tower and the Seine as much as we do.
I love the 7th Arrondisemont, the Rue Cler, Rue Grennelle, the Champs de Mar, the dazzling light show of the Tour d'Eiffel.
Madelyn and Phillipe have created something that I never imagined could exist: a sampling of a complete life in Paris. They thought of everything! Plus dishwasher, Nespresso and
washing machines, the lovely, lovely homey feeling, and every detail. Even little scissors! I felt I was in my own home. It gave us an enchantment, a week we will never forget. I want to come back every year! Sans doute!?
Thankyou, thankyou..Karen

Add in the views and this was some special place! We found the location to be excellent. So many places to walk to. So many great restaurants at any price. Boulangeries were there, too. We can't thank the Paris Perfect people enough for making this a wonderful visit to Paris. The Parker Family" -

This is one beautiful place! Simply lovely. It is huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
It has balconies with table and chairs to watch the street scenes below and view the Eiffel Tower. From the dining room you have huge windows that look out over the rooftops of Paris with all the chimneys. Charming.
Huge living room and separate very large dining room and kitchen that has it all! A 1/2 bath, powder room also on this level.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bath has sink and stall shower..with a chandelier, no less! The other bathroom is something else..L shaped with large stall shower, toilet and two sinks not on same wall and large soaking tub/shower. Very, very nice.
The 3 bedrooms are good size, master having bay window with settee, two front bedrooms with ET views.
I had friends over and one said he was ready to move in and stay! All were impressed with this beautiful spot.
Top it off with the Bourdonnais neighborhood with all the Constant restaurants, buses, grocery stores, Parc du Champ de Mars, Seine, high fashion shopping, Rodin, Invalides all so near makes it pretty Paris Perfect!
Thanks to all the Paris Perfect people who take such great care of everything and really make it all happen for you. I look forward to each and every PAris Perfect stay..always looking ahead to the next visit....Joan
