The Penthouse was clean and comfortable, and in a great location. It was everything as advertised - no surprises. One exception: cable tv - cnn news, etc... was supposed to be available. We couldn't get it to work, and could find no instructions. We guessed that the bill might not have been paid, but we really weren't sure. It is a small matter, but perhaps one to note for future guests. Another suggestion: It would be nice to leave a list of where to get local groceries in the flat. The Monoprix is close, but unless someone clues you in, you would never suspect it has a food market in the back!!

Even in February, the roof top terrace was sometimes warm enough to
have a cup of coffee on and through the chimneys and antennas, you
can see the tiny Sacre Coeur. It was a great spot to stay because I was
concentrating on the Louvre which was only minutes away by foot. It
felt like a safe residential area and is close to the odd French
restaurant and lots of Korean noodle places. It was generally quiet.
There were only 2 of us and it seemed a bit on the small side but not
too bad. If you have any difficulty maneuvering tight windy stairs, you
won't make it to the roof top.

This was my third trip to Paris with my husband. We look our daughter for her 25th birthday on this trip. We had a great time! The apartment is in the best location in Paris! We shared a bottle of wine on the rooftop terrace. The Operahouse and Sacre-Coeur are within view! What a beautiful sight! The apartment has everything you need. Very clean and cozy! Perfect for three people - four may be tight. The rental agency worked perfectly. The keys were sent to our home in a timely manner. The manager called upon our arrival to see if we needed anything and our key deposit was returned promptly after our trip! I would highly recommend this apartment and the price is extremely low given the prime location! The metro was around the corner. Very convenient.
