Very good location. Clean apartment. Main bed is very good. Day bed for the third person is not good. Chairs are not comfortable to sit for a long time. Ligthing is not good for reading. Don't expect to do any cooking because the of the space in the kitchen. (We did not cook.) Could use a kettle to boil some water for tea. I used the saucepan. However, this is a review from a person who has been to Paris many times and went this time for relaxation. We are 60+ couple who could mange climbing the the 3 Europe floors without problem. Good free internet and phone usage.

This was my first time in Paris and my boyfriends 3rd. It was amazing. The apartment was perfect. Quick walk to the Eiffel Tower, easy access to the Metro and feet away from the Rue Cluer. Romantic, beautiful, amazing.

The flat was perfect for our small family and was in a great neighborhood. It had everythining we needed, including a binder with recommendations for restaurants, museums and stores. We were right around the corner from the Rue Cler markets and restaurants, within walking distance of the metro, Eiffel Tower and the Rodin Museum. We loved the apartment and look forward to returning.

This apartment was in the perfect location! Just right around the block to Rue Cler and just a 5min walk to the Eiffel tower. There is also a metro stop right around the corner to the apartment. The accomadations were adequate...nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. There were 3 of us that fit comfortably without being on top of each other like a hotel would. Overall a wonderful experience for our first trip to Paris and I would be sure to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment.
Metro very close by, but no reason really to use it.
One block over, rue Cler had everything we needed for
our stay, from cafes to a produce market, wine shop,
bakeries, etc., etc. We walked over to see the Tower
every night because we were so close. The
neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet, but
not deserted. We enjoyed feeling at home in the
heart of Paris. The apartment was lovely. Wish we
could have stayed longer! -

From the moment we arrived in this coy little apartment we felt the warmth of the "City of Lights".
The location near the Eiffel Tower, the subways and the Rue de Cler markets and cafes made this place so memorable. We would definitely return and highly commend Vacations in Paris for being an excellent rental organization! -

We loved the location. We walked everywhere. Fresh food very close daily. The apartment had everything we needed to make the meals we fixed. It was clean and well equiped with books and things to read. Was very quit at night. The price was great also.

The Rue Cler Spirit apartment was just what we wanted--not deluxe, but modestly furnished, comfortable, cozy, clean, and very reasonably priced. The location is perfect; one street away from Rue Cler, a wonderful, upscale market street in a neighborhood of well maintained residences and businesses, great restaurants, and cute shops. There's lots of green space nearby and it's about a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and not congested, frantic, bohemian, or trendy. The metro is only about three minutes away, so we could go anywhere we wanted easily and quickly. On another trip with our twenty-something sons, we stayed in the 5th arrondisement, but for us, the 7th is much more comfortable and pleasant. We would stay in this apartment again--it's a great value in a perfect spot!

I loved the apartment, I loved the location, I loved my stay in Paris. Staying in an apartment definitely gives you that Parisian feel. Rue Cler is just around the corner, so bakeries, restaurants, shops, markets, etc. were easily accessible.

Great location to live life as a local in the beautiful city of Paris!
Markets, shops, cafes are just around the corner.....and easy access to
the metro, bus and RER are just as close. We wanted to have this
experience and by staying at this apartment we became part of the
local scene and loved every moment of it. The cozy apartment became
our "home" and we always felt safe and secure in this 7th arr. location,
with the Eiffel Tower, Invalides and Ecole Militaire close by.
Managing the flights of stairs was no problem for us, but renters need
to be aware of how Parisian apartments are laid out and not all have
elevators, including this one. We have stayed here for three visits, and
when we come back for our fourth.....we will stay here again!
