A bright and cheerful apartment, this nicely renovated property is in a great area near the Ecole Militaire neighborhood and a little further afield is the Eiffel Tower and Village Suisse's Antiques in about a 15-18 minute walk... This is a perfect area to explore on foot, between the church of St. Francois Xavier and the La Motte Picquet Boulevard leading to the Invalides Military Museums and Napoleon’s Tomb. In fact, from the apartment you can just make out the top of the golden dome of Invalides, plus looking out sideways you can view the Eiffel Tower...Read more

Ottawa, CanadaThe best way to experience Paris!
Left on 04/22/2013 for a stay in May 2011
A family group of six, we stayed at this apartment in May 2011 and found it to be the perfect setting for our visit to Paris. It was great value, compared to hotel rooms. We loved being able to buy (great) wine and snacks at the local grocery store, to get together to review the day and plan the evening. The location is absolutely unbeatable, walking distance to many events, Metro stops very handy. Very spacious by Paris standards. Everything to do with the rental went very smoothly. After long days of sightseeing, a few flights of stairs can be daunting, but we didn't mind, especially given the availability of fresh croissants and other indulgences. I would definitely rent from this company again.

Perth, AustraliaWhat a fantastic place to stay in Paris
Left on 10/21/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. The apartment was in a fantastic location. It was close to the Eiffel Tower, with a lovely view of it from the apartment. You were also within a short walk to The Metro, supermarkets and the most incredible street full of wonderful cafes, butchers, bakers, fruit & vegetables, wine and lots more. Booking the apartment was incredibly easy and we received the key about 2 weeks before we left for our holiday and the security deposit was returned very quickly. The apartment was incredibly charming and comfortable. The bedrooms and living areas were a good size and the kitchen was very well stocked with crockery and cutlery. The apartment was also very clean. To be honest, it really did exceed our expectations and we would highly recommend it. There are 4 flights of stairs and no elevator, so if you struggle with stairs then this may be a problem. It helped to keep us fit!!

Brisbane, AustraliaGreat location
Left on 10/08/2011 for a stay in September 2011
We are a family of five with 2 adults and 3 children aged, 13, 10 and 6.
We stayed here in September 2011 for 4 nights. It is a great location with views out the lounge room window to the Eiffel Tower and to the army Museum from the kitchen window. Located close to the metro and RER and places to eat and markets to buy food and get supplies. It is also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower which was great.
It is a well appointed apartment, modern and clean. The keys were sent to us prior to our departure which worked well.
The shower is problematic. It goes from freezing cold to scalding hot.
The visitors book in the apartment is a very useful resource. It has many suggestions about things to do in the area and places that are recommended. It also talks about things in the apartment such as how to manage the water in the shower which we found helpful.
The wifi in the apartment was very good.
We would stay here again if in Paris. -

Brighton, MIAmazing apartment- eiffel tower view!
Left on 01/13/2011 for a stay in December 2010
See the eiffel tower right out your window. Great location. Close to metro. Very clean, modern, well equipped apartment. Only issue was water in shower and bath being either very hot or chilly, hard to adjust. Teens loved it, nice for them to have their own space,

Austin, TexasExcellent location, great for large family!
Left on 10/22/2010 for a stay in October 2010
We had a family of 4 with two younger children, plus 2 ladies. It was spacious enough for us all! The apartment was in a great location with excellent patisserie nearby for daily baguettes, eclairs, cafe au laits etc. Easy walk to metro, bus stop right out front. Great view of lit-up Eiffel Tower and Dome of Invalids at night. Very clean and well appointed. Our favorite meal was rotisserie chicken, cheese, bread and wine from Rue Cler (7 min. walk) in apt. Harder to find restaurants for larger groups and kids. Only draw-backs: bathroom door very noisy and hard to shut (makes it hard to be quiet at night), and be prepared to carry your luggage up 5 flights of stairs. That being said, since it is on the top floor, you have great views, and we never heard any neighbors.

Silver Spring, MDGreat apartment, super location
Left on 05/03/2010 for a stay in April 2010
Loved this roomy apartment. Our family of five (three young kids) felt we had a wonderful place to relax at the end of each busy day. The neighborhood is not touristy, but it is still close to Metro stops, great restaurants and bakeries, and, of course, the Eiffel Tower. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The only small complaint is that the water temperature was either scalding or frigid, so showers were not realistic (baths were better). Still, from talking to others in Paris, this is a common problem, not something specific to this apartment. Oh, how we wish we were still there!
