Welcome to the “Eiffel Tower Tradition”, offering you an unforgettable keepsake view of the Eiffel Tower. This amazing, spacious studio apartment is perched high above the glorious monuments of Paris, scattered throughout the panorama you will find before you. Every evening, until 1AM, the Eiffel Tower will entertain you with a spectacular light show. You've got the best seats possible right in your living room, kitchen or... pop open the champagne, wander out to the terrace and enjoy the show from there!

The classical Montparnasse Area which... is haunted by the passage of renowned artists and writers, borders on the Latin Quarter and is teeming with all the myriad activities of French life you read about. The Montparnasse "Grandes Brasseries Parisiennes" frequented by Hemingway, Scott Fitzgerald, T.S. Eliot, Matisse, to name a few, are within walking distance to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. This quarter abounds with creperies, ethnic restaurants and of course, plenty of restaurants serving delicious classical French cuisine. Montparnasse Station, one of the 3 large train stations and one of the biggest metro hubs in Paris, is just across the street and conveniently provides 4 metro lines which serve many destinations throughout Paris. From this station, you can hop a train in the morning to see the marvels of Versailles and be back at end of day.

Your Eiffel Tower view studio apartment is outfitted with a sleek, efficient European kitchen to prepare light meals and heat up the delectable ready-to-eat fare you will find at the local charcuteries and markets. If you choose to have breakfast "chez vous", cross the street to "Chez Paul", the boulangerie in the train station, where you can be tempted by croissants, pains au chocolat, fruit pies and quiches... indulge! Besides the market just across the street, there's an excellent Monoprix across the train plaza with more food options than you could possibly imagine. There are several open air markets in the area, including an organic one. While you prepare your meals at home, you'll find yourself in the company of the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero, the gold dome of Les Invalides, the golden aura of the Arc of Triumph and many other monuments just outside the kitchen and dining windows!

The bright living room/bedroom with maple flooring features a Euro-double “Murphy” bed, a full 4 feet across, a couch, mahogany dining table and chairs, bookcase and dresser, all in elegant traditional European style. The full, spacious marble bathroom is outfitted with a tub with wall mounted shower head.

  Everything was great! Nice apartment, close to the metro and train. Less than 5 minute walk. Had a great unobstucted 9th floor view of the Eiffel Tower. Every night I watched the tower lights twinkle before going to bed. It was wonderful to have free calls to us to keep in touch with my family. It was nice dealing with people in the us for booking. They sent a very detailed and informative packet with keys. Had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again and use Vacation in Paris again.

  Love the apartment, cute, practical and clean. It is affordable. Easy access to everywhere since Gare Montparnasse is just a few steps away. Many shops and eateries around. And best of all, the view. We enjoy the evening watching sparkling Eiffel, it is priceless! And we also see the dome of Les Invalides from the balcony. There are many tourist attractions nearby like the catacomb and of course Tour Montparnasse.

  This place was a real find, Fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower, Metro over the road, Supermarket and bakery 2 mins walk, Well appointed appartment and by Paris standards very roomy, a decent sized balcony and a modern lift !!

  We had a wonderful stay-the best view in Paris-Eiffel Tower and Napoleon's Tomb. Apartment was comfortable, but the murphy bed is too small for 2 adults and the couch should be changed to a queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom needs to be updated, had mold in the tub/shower. The kitchen was well equipped, but the washer/dryer is hard to work. We would recommend this to friends even more if these changes were done.

  We loved the apartment. The location was great, near to the Metro. Lots of cafe's just across the street and near to the supermarkets.
