Highly recommended are large appartment. Easy to get to on arriving in Paris (RER line, train from CDG to Luxumberg gardens then a 15 min flat walk) and great access to the metro for daily use. Great area for restaurants and markets. Quite appartment. Very minor issue: needs some more wine glasses and some required cooking utensils are abscent).

We had a wonderful time in Paris and thought the location of the apartment was great. Being just a block from rue Mouffetard and the street market added a lot to the experience. It was fun and convenient for market shopping. Excellent bakeries and cafe were close. But rue L'Homond was quiet. It was convenient to the Metro and walking distance to the Pantheon, Sorbonne and Notre Dame.

The apartment was built out of two « ateliers d'artistes», which gives character and charm to the apartment. Even if is located at the courtyard level and among highrise appartment buildings, windows that go up to the ceiling bring in a lot of light.
It is confortable, decorated with taste, well equiped by north american standards, but without anything fancy that you would be afraid to break . The apartment was very tidy. To keep it up to these very good standards, the owners should think of upgrading the bathtub upstairs.
We enjoyed very much the quietness of the location - the courtyard and the Ve arrondissement. Also, staying next door from Mouffetard Street and being able to find fresh food and among the best fish and cheese (Androuet)shops in Paris was a wonderful experience.
Even if we did not watch much TV , it was nice to be able to have access to so many stations.
We were thankful to the building's manager who was able to turn on the central heating to warm the appartement, for it was unusually cold during a part of our stay in Paris.
We had a beautiful vacation in Paris and were very happy with this first experience of renting an apartment. We decided that this will be the usual for the next vacation or business trips. We also intend to rent through the Vacation in Paris agency and go back on rue L'Homond if the apartment is avalaible. Dealing with the agency personel and Mrs Jestaz, the owner, was helpful and always pleasant.

Vacation in Paris was very helpful and professional from the time I first
contacted them for an apartment rental -- they considered my needs and
matched me up with this lovely apartment in Rue L Homond which was a
major part of our vacation's success.
Tucked away in a quiet but convenient residential area, the apartment gave
us a feeling of coming home every time we entered its doors.
The loft structure with the 2 bedrooms overlooking the living and dining
areas gives an added feeling of spaciousness, helped by the high ceilings
and the picture windows looking out onto the shared courtyard. The beds
were very comfortable and linens, towels and all that we needed were
available.
The home owner who met us, was very kind and welcoming and did a very
thorough orientation of how we could best enjoy the apartment's amenities
and how to find our way around the neighborhood.
The apartment has a complete kitchen where we cooked meals with
ingredients we bought from the nearby open market of Rue Mouffetarde.
Rue Mouffetarde which is just across Rue L Homond is one of Paris' oldest
open air street markets. The street is lined with so many restaurants,
bistros, pastry and bread shops, frommageries, wine stores, butchers,
fishmongers, a supermarket, all sorts of stores stocked with every food item
you could ever want.
It was like being in a small neighborhood where you felt like you fit right
in. Everyone was always very helpful and friendly.
The apartment is also very near a metro station -- Censier Daubenton, so it
was easy to get to just about anywhere in Paris.
The Pantheon, the Luxembourg gardens, Notre Dame and the areas around
it are also within walking distance, an easy 20 minute stroll away.
This apartment and the neighborhood were just perfect. All in all, it made
us feel that we were actually living in Paris -- even if only for a little while.
I shall definitely use Vacation In Paris when I plan my next trip to Paris! -

We came to Paris for our daughter's wedding. She rented the
apartment for us, taught us to use the METRO near the apartment and
shop locally. We bought the flowers for her wedding at the local
flowar mart, her wedding dress at a famous store that has discounts
and on the wedding day toured Paris effil tower and the Concorde and
the L'arc de triumph by limo. Our stay in Paris is a treasured memory.
